  We regretfully contracted Priddy Roofing & Exteriors ("Priddy") for our full roof replacement on our home. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that Priddy is a general contractor masquerading as a roofing company, subcontracting underqualified, substandard crews, who do not hold the certifications Priddy advertises. What's more, the actual installers lack common sense. Priddy and their subs are either grossly negligent or incredibly incompetent - perhaps both - as our roof was installed during rainy and wet conditions on August 13, 2025, without our knowledge of the local weather conditions, while we were nearly 500 miles away on vacation. According to our security camera footage, no one from Priddy supervised or inspected the work after it was completed. I mentioned this to the owner and he never corrected me. Instead, when I raised any concerns about workmanship - even those about broken screens, statues, and lights around my house - I was eventually called on the phone, then berated and yelled at by the owner. This was a huge red flag that something was terribly wrong. It's been one month, and the roof installation has already failed, leaving us in urgent need of a full roof replacement again. How has Priddy tried to remedy the issue? After already paying them a nearly $20,000 deposit, which they refuse to return, they sent a certified letter threatening a lien on our home, demanding an additional $92,000 for their failed work, as well as work that was never completed, and even work they were never contracted to do. They have also denied the warranty advertised on their website, stating they would need to be paid in full to honor any warranty. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

  We have always been ready and willing to address concerns and make corrections under warranty. Unfortunately, you have refused to grant us access to cure, which is required under both our contract and Pennsylvania law. Because of your continued refusal to allow remediation while also withholding payment, we were left with no choice but to file a lien to protect our legal right to be paid for the work performed. Priddy Roofing & Exteriors remains committed to resolving matters in good faith, but we cannot correct issues if access is denied and payment obligations are ignored.

  Michelle left a flyer and note at our front door where it clearly states "No Soliciting". She claimed that she "drives by frequently" yet the company is in Frederick -- we are in Hagerstown. When I called the number to ask her to remove any contact info she had for our property, I was told she "wasn't soliciting". I fail to understand how leaving a flyer and contact info was not soliciting, as that is the very definition. I would never use a company for any work on our property that can't follow simple instructions clearly posted on our door.

  I've lived in Keswick Va my entire life and never experienced a storm like last week. With trees leaning on my roof and hail destroying my car and shingles I didn't know where to turn. Luckily a member of Priddy roofing knocked on my door and walked me through the entire process. I have already been approved with in 6 days after they assisted me with the process of my insurance company claim. My new foof is scheduled for install next week and everything else is in the works. These guys are professional, respectful and very knowledgeable in this scenario. Couldn't recommend them more and they have been a godsend to work with. Thanks a million to Priddy Roofing, .

  Dominic from Priddy Roofing did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated his hard work, attention to detail, and great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Priddy Roofing and especially Dominic! I live in Charlottesville, Virginia so I thought the inspection was going to be painful with the storms that came through. The adjuster came out from my insurance company and fully approved the job!!! Not only that but windows too!!!! Nee windows and a new roof from Priddy was seamless.

  Great crew Came over and helped with some issues we had. Definitely will be using when we need the complete job. I will be doing Anderson windows and 1 door as soon as able. We are almost @ 12 years current units now. He also showed me this new certaintieed roof. It’s nice for sure.

  I had a great experience with Priddy Roofing and Exteriors. They helped get my insurance claim fully approved and made the entire process easy and painless from start to finish. They replaced my roof, siding, and gutters, and everything turned out great. The crews were quick, clean, and professional, and scheduling was easy and well communicated. Justin was especially helpful throughout the whole process. He stayed on top of everything, answered any questions I had, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Priddy Roofing and Exteriors to anyone needing exterior work, especially if you’re dealing with an insurance claim.   Another company installed a new roof in my house. I am not sure it was properly installed because it looked different from my neighbors' new roofs. So I called for an inspection from another roofing company. I came up with Priddy Roof and got connected (right away!) thru Eva Sparks to an expert Justin Medford. He gave a really good evaluation and sent me more info about my roof. It meant a lot to me to get his evaluation, understanding, and kind consideration. Saved me from a lot of stress and worries.   What a great job from Justin and his company a quick response during the 4th of July storms that hit southern Maryland. Justin was on the seen within 45 minutes of us contacting his company. They made and emergency repair of our roof to stop water from getting in. We are very grateful for the right call.

  I highly recommend Priddy Roofing and Exteriors. The initial consult was easy, their team was professional, efficient and thorough! They installed my roof in one day! I left for work with an old roof on my house and came back with a new one! No signs they had ever been there! They left my property spotless. Have to give a shout out to our representative, Cody B! He was easy to deal with, answered all my questions and handled all insurance paperwork. My roof looks fantastic! Thank you to Cody and his team!!!
