  Installed gutters in November 2023. First rain 4 days later we realized the gutters were not installed properly and rain was flowing behind the gutters as if they were not even there. Called and they came out after a delayed amount of time and realized that their work was not up to par. Promised to fix problem but would have to come back. Weeks later sent one person to evaluate and days later came back to fix issues. Problem still not resolved. Promised to come back and complete fix, it was then January 2024 - were not able to completely fix problems but would be back to finish the job. Mid January we contacted someone else to fix the problems and called Sanford and Associates that the problem was resolved no thanks to them. If you buy gutters from them please be sure to make sure they are installed properly or you may have this same issue.

  We went back twice as there were roof issues causing the gutter issue. We offered to seal the back side of gutters, but he customer did not want to do that. We were coming back a third time, but he said he fixed it, not sure what he did? Had a lot of issues from storms during this time and had to help customers with leaks and limbs through their roofs first. In short the gutters were installed correctly, the dip in the roof caused the problem and we went back twice to correct a problem that was not our fault and were going to go back again. To get a one star is ludicrous, never had one in 20 years, sorry you were not happy.

  I highly recommend using this company did a excellent job on replacing my roof quality service and a great crew very professional I had several quotes and they beat everyone by far

  Luis and Alfredo consistently went out of their way to address my questions or concerns while having my roof replaced. The work crew completed repairs along the way. The chimney leak was of particular concern. There were several boards rotted from the water damage. They did the needed repairs and put a new cricket on behind the chimney. They took added precautions putting on stormguard around all my vents and boot openings and chimney.

  Excellent work and a fair price. Sanford replaced our roof and we're very happy with the results. Their crew finished the job in one day and cleaned up well. The owners are great and were very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

  This company recently replaced our Church windows! The installers were very accommodating with special requests that were not considered when estimates were taken. As a small Church building in a high risk are we appreciate your special attention and professionalism in all areas. SANFORD is highly recommended for Window replacements!!

  Best price compared to other contractors I had to come out and give me an estimate for my roof. Can’t remember the contractor name but he was nice enough to patch up my roof the same day it was very much appreciated.. and showed me pictures or before and after

  Windows Depot gave our home a new look on how a great product and it's appearance took an estimate of 10 -15 years off of our home the curb appeal is an value and asset to our home. Kudos thanks for the customer service that's awesome and more.Job well done.
