Really bad customer service. They seemed nice and knowledgeable but really don’t want the business unless it’s a big job then won’t give you a straight answer about anything. These guys are not honest or dependable.

I placed a call on Monday 05/10/2021 and the phone rang over 20 times without an answer. Tried later in the day and I'm assuming an answering service took my message for an cost estimate in San Diego. Was told Paul or some one else would …

Terry, I am so sorry. With all of the Covid protocols we were in a most difficult situation with regards to home visits. We will do anything to earn your trust back at any time in the future. I confirmed we did receive your call, but we were severely understaffed while we waited for the restrictions to pass. We are now back up to speed. We offer our most sincere apologies. Call me directly anytime. We will make it up to you.

Do not use this company. I cannot stress how unprofessional and horrible they were to work with. They put a roof on my house in San Diego, I was preparing to sell. A few days after the roof installation the seller’s inspector came out and …

Hi Stefan, I apologize for everything that happened. We did transfer the warranty into the buyers name and i believe we extended it after making some modifications that were requested. I know they were very pleased with that outcome. But that doesn't change your experience with us during the transfer. If there is anything we can ever do to earn your business again, just name it. Anything. Thank you.

We purchased a home about three years ago and needed a few small roof repairs. I worked with Marcelo who was great to work with and got the repairs done. Fast forward to the latest round of storms we had here in San Diego and the roof leaked. I had the insurance adjuster come out, who also had a roofer with him. I was up on the roof and he showed me how improperly installed/repaired the roof was (I'm no roofer so until my recent education, I had no idea the problems I had up there). I subsequently had two more reputable firms come out and have a look. Both of whom pointed out the major issues with the installation and repair work that was done. I sent an email (now a couple weeks ago) to them using their website and got no response. I was just looking to see if they would come out and have a look. I tried to call several times and each time I did their voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. Very disappointing!

Hi Mark, I am sorry we didn't get out to you quickly. We are willing to do whatever possible for you to regain confidence in our company. 2017 had been the wettest year in many years I remember. If there's anything we can do please just let us know.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team at Roofing Specialist of San Diego for three roof replacements, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the very start to the completion of the project, Mark was incredibly informative and maintained excellent communication throughout each step of the process. His team worked quickly and efficiently while keeping everything clean, which I greatly appreciated. The warranty they offer is impressive, giving me an extra layer of confidence in their work. I am more than happy to refer Mark and his team to friends and family, knowing they will deliver the same outstanding service. I can't thank them enough for a job well done!

Just got word that the Outdoor Kitchen they Built for us passed final inspection and honestly the Relief is real!! The built-in grill and outdoor bar came out exactly like we hoped and the whole thing has held up beautifully through the weather we've had.

Thank you San Diego Roofing. This company was very helpful the moment Scott contacted us. He came by and inspected the roof that needed work and explain in detail the process and the cost. He was able to give us the best option in materials and pricing. Scott and San Diego Roofing was able to get the job done before the big rain came down. A big Kudos to his team in getting this done in one day. We would recommend your company and services to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement. Thank you again!

San Diego Roofing did a great job on reroofing our house and garage. They replaced all the 60+ year old rotted wood after removing two layers of old asphalt shingles (40+yrs worth) and hauled it all away. We also had them replace the old rotted fascia boards. The house looks great now and they did it quickly. Scott was great to work with and did a great job of keeping us updated every day on the progress. I'd definitely recommend SD Roofing. I also want to give a shout out to Paul (owner).

I had an excellent experience with San Diego Roofing Co. They were professional, on time, easy to work and communicate with, cleaned up each day, and offered a fair, competitive price.

I typically do not rate or review a company but San Diego Roofing is definitely worth my time. Scott came out to meet me, and evaluate what my roofing needs were. The repairs I needed were less then what I excepted and I appreciated his trustworthy advice and opinion. Needless to say, the roof repairs was done seamlessly, and I did not have to worry about anything! I will use their roofing services again, Kim C
