The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Salt Lake Home Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Bailey is very communicative and friendly. Easy to work with and we love the work they did on our house. Gave it a new facelift with soffit and exterior paint. Quick and affordable, definitely recommend. Thanks Bailey and team at Salt Lake Home Exteriors!

It was so great working with Bailey and the team. He is so easy to work with, always prompt to return a text or call. The team on site was hard working and respectful. They dealt with the curveballs of renovation very professionally. I absolutely love the way my board and batten and new gutters turned out. Their work speaks for itself and they are now working on the third house on my street! Easy decision to have Bailey out for a bid and a hire!

Gutters were looking rough so I contacted these guys. They got me a quote pretty quick and were very easy to talk to and work with. They got me in their schedule and the work was done before I knew it. Bonus that they cleaned up after themselves and now my gutters look great. Definitely recommend.

Bailey did a great job at cleaning out our gutters. We have a fairly large home and trees that have small leaves so it's a pain to continue to maintain. I was very impressed with how quick he was and unaffordable price. Highly recommend

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 10 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Salt Lake Home Exteriors. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
