As a licensed home inspector I am very particular about any contractors I personally hire. From my experience I would highly recommend using Saldana roofing. They came to my home and did a complete tear off of my roof and correctly installed a new steel roof in the same day. It was over 100 degrees when they replaced the roof. They were professional, friendly, and quick despite the heat. I especially want to note that they meticulously cleaned the yard of all roofing and nails. They were also very reasonably priced.

They did a beautiful job on my roof. They came and did work according to planned time line. Price was fair and shingles used are top of the line.

Oscar Saldana and his crew recently replaced the roof on a detached garage for us. The prior roof was in terrible condition. The price he quoted for a metal roof was significantly less expensive than other quotes we received for the same material and installation process. Oscar and his crew showed up on the day and time promised and worked steadily until the job was completed in a very professional manner. My husband was on site during the process and was involved as needed to approve changes. They cleaned up thoroughly and used a magnet to pick up any stray nails and metal that might have not been detected. Oscar crafted a modification to attached to the front of the garage resulting in a much better street view of the building. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Saldana in the future and are pleased to recommend him to others.

Great job installing my new roof. Cost and time estimates were accurate. Cleaned up after themselves. Cost was actually less than I was expecting and lower than other bids I received. Workers arrived on time and worked hard inspite of the oppressive heat. I highly recommend Saldana Roofing.
