  James Ryerson is the Best! His company installed my roof and solar attic fans a few years ago and did a great job. I thought one of the solar fans had quit working so I gave him a call. He was so helpful. Instead of having me do a quick test of it, he said he would come over and do it before sending in the warranty claim. Of course, when he came it was working. He even crawled around in the attic and made sure the other was fine. While here, he walked the house with me to make sure everything else was in good shape. I guess I had an "old lady" moment and was embarrassed about making him drive very far for nothing. Then he said there will be no charge. Who does that these days? Please call James Ryerson for any of your roofing needs. I rarely get such good service these days so wanted to call it our.

  James has great Energy & Genuineness. Right off the bat, he is honest, transparent and professional. I would recommend his service to anyone! Especially if you’re in the Roanoke (or surrounding areas)

  The very best. Absolutely amazing. James thoroughly inspected not only my roof issues but worked with another contractor to make sure that all of the exterior repair work was done right. All of the materials were the highest quality. Well beyond my expectations. The crew was outstanding. Very professional. They had to replace all of the roof deck and make extensive repairs -- all of which was done to perfection. I can't thank them enough. The roof looks great.

  I discovered a leak in the roof of my patio cover. I called Ryerson Roofing and they came out the same day. James pinpointed the leak and fixed it in less than an hour. James is very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

  Ryerson has repaired our Grapevine home’s roof twice. James explained what was going on very clearly, with pictures, including how to help the customer deal with the insurance companies. No hard sales! I highly recommend.
