  It was our first time having our shingles replaced. They were professional in describing/selling their services- they even made a presentation with examples of their services and shingle types. During the shingle replacement, they were quick and finished the job in about 2 days. However, unfortunately during the post clean up they did not do a thorough clean up which left some nails and punctured one of my tires. I reported it to them which they covered the cost to get the tire patched and they promised me they will cover the cost of one of my tires once I get it replaced. Overall, they did a great job. Just one unfortunate thing that happened.

  Our neighbour had their roof replaced on their home and garage, as observers we were impressed with the simplicity of their crew, seamlessly working together to get the job done. Needing to have our house and garage roof replaced we anxiously waited to see the finished result on our neighbours home, it was completed within two days (roof angles etc) the completed product/job sold us. After leaving a message requesting an estimate, Don called us back, set up a time to meet and go over pricing, his knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, his attention to detail with explanations of each of the different grade of shingles allowed us to chose the right style and grade suitable for our home. We were out of town they day the job was completed, our lot is a smaller size, and have a swimming pool in our back yard, there was some concerns about roof debris going into the pool, Rydel took every caution with the care of our home and yard, covering the pool, flowers and plants that were unable to be relocated, the communication throughout the job was very much appreciated, giving updates as progress moved forward. The job was completed in one day, install, debris removal and spotlessly cleaned, you'd have never known they were there, except for the immaculately installed shingles. We would recommend Rydel to anyone requiring a home/garage/shed roof replacement. Don, Kaeden and crew, thank you for taking such great care of our home and what I feel now is the envy of the neighbourhood, the sparkling apple juice, African violet plant and thank you card were so thoughtful,! We will be touching base next summer for the eave and soffit replacement. Cheers and hats off to you all! Rob and Char

  Rydel Roofing provided fast friendly service. The job was completed in 2 days. There was minimal waiting from when the contract was signed until the work was started. Our roof has held up nicely through all the wind and rainstorms we've had since the new roof was put on.

  Had a really great experience with Rydel Roofing after the big hail storm we got. They came out quickly and handled everything fast, which I really appreciated. They explained the process clearly. The crew did a great job and got me feeling safe with a great roof on top of my head! Overall super happy with the service.
