If you want a honest and quality driven Roofing Company,Parker and his team are the best. With integrity, punctuality and where someone still believes that a man's word still means something, Parker kept his word on my roofing projects and went beyond our contract agreement in performance and communication. I never worry now having Parker install my roofs whether it Asphalt Shingles or any type of Metal or EPDM Rubber Roofs. As a Building Contractor in Western NC I have had hired many roofing companies over the years but Parker has been the very best from start to finish. If you need a new roof or a quote, give him a call and you'll be glad ypu did. LOZICA BUILDERS

This review is about Parker Pittillo. Parker was a sales person for another roofing company when they installed our roof in 2024. We have an unique log home and it was not an easy install. Parker came back on several occasions to check on the work in progress and after the install. He showed integrity in all of his promised work. I have no issues with the company that actually installed the roof as they also have worked with us without delay on their warranty. We wish Parker the best in all of his endeavors and believe you can trust his word of promise.

EXCELLENT!! In every phase. Worked very hard to get insurance to approve claim, including drone pictures. Brought samples of shingles to my home for wife and I to select our new roof. Brought in a crew of 5 to complete our new roof and cleanup the debris in less than a day. It looks beautiful.

Thank you Mr Miller! It took a little longer than we wanted but was worth the extra effort to get your claim approved! Thanks for trusting us to make it happen!

Parker and his guys really pulled through for us after Helene hit and caused some damage to our home. We had already filed a claim and insurance offered to pay for repairs to be done. Parker stepped in and was able to get not only the whole roof covered but also gutters that had been damaged, a small section of metal roofing where water had started leaking in, and also some structural repairs from where the tree fell and damaged a couple rafters. We would gladly work with this company again! They even replaced the roof on the church we go to!

I was highly impressed with Rufr, roofing company. The owner, Parker, had a great crew. He gave a fair price and explained the process to me. The workers arrived early to get everything together so they could start at the agreed-upon time. They worked hard and cleaned up as they worked. Parker made sure that he came by the site to make sure everything was okay. The work was finished on time as promised, and my roof is amazing. I could not give enough stars to describe the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. Oh, and they left my yard very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good work. The pricing was also reasonable!

Parker and Aaron were a delight, real down to earth guys who made the whole thing easy to understand and didn’t try to rush anything. Since the install, the system’s been working better than I expected. Even on cloudy days, it’s still pulling solid power. They set it up with high-efficiency panels and microinverters, so each panel does its own job—means I’m getting more wattage overall, especially during those early and late parts of the day. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Parker and his guys did a fantastic job replacing our roof which has 40 solar panels installed on it. We were promised a 10 year warranty on both the roof and solar, something other companies weren't able to do because they didn't do both trades. We had leaks before and now we don't - SO HAPPY

One of the hardest working group of guys I've seen in a while. Beautiful roof, excellent cleanup and they got it done in one day! Amazing. Thank you

Parker and his crew were great! They were able to work with my insurance company And communicated effectively throughout the process. They showed app when they said they were going to show app, they called when they said they're going to call, They emailed when they said they were getting email, Which in today's age is more than 99% of what other contractors are capable of doing. The roof turned out great - what more could you ask for ?

Parker looked carefully at my roof and fixed problems that I suspect others would have ignored. He was attentive to every place where water could get in, and reinforced those areas. In particular, he saw how the step flashing on one part of my roof was not adequate to keep everything dry. He went in and devised a solution that is substantially better than was there before. I highly recommend his work!

Rufr recently replaced our roof and several other items that had been damaged in a hail storm. I cannot say enough to describe the courtesy and efficiency they exhibited and the very professional manner in which they did their job. I heartily recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

Amazing experiene all around. Parker was very helpful through the whole process. I had never had a new roof out in before, or dealt with insurance company claims. Parker was there every step of the way. The crew were great. They were in and out in one day. Excellent job picking up debris. I would highly recommend them.
