  Update 3: They are ignoring both me and the financer Goodleap and not being responsive. Andrew promised me a call back weeks ago and did not call. Genisis promised me a call back a week after that and did not call. Still after all this time they are not making good on their word. Update 2: more non comittal messages from Jeff. Says he wont update me until he has all of the information and asked me for worksite pictures. Claims Isiah is his boss despite claiming to be Isiah's boss earlier in the discussions. Still no call. And an hour on hold with the office trying to speak with someone. I asked for a detailed update on each part of the project and that has been repetitivly refused as has a job site walk through for over a month. Said he can't stand by the company's public response below of someone higher ranking calling me with information a week ago. Update: it has been 6 days and I have not received anything beyond vague text messages from Jeff. Original Post: I have had a horrible experience with Ruff Roofing that seems never ending. I have dealt with Dante, Andrew, Isiah, Alex and Jeff and an left with an incomplete job, no time line to finish and over a week with no updates despite the general manager of the San Antonio location promising on the 27th of May to handle it personally and get me answers. I have attempted to partner with them to re establish trust and have been left with continually worsening customer service and them passing my calls around pretending to be each other's manager. I am tired of dealing with this and hate that thia has been my experience with such a large lifetime investment.

  The inspector (Ernesto) did an amazing job, was very informative and not pushy (trying to sell). He is an amazing individual and I highly recommend him for anyone needing to get their roof replaced.

  Wow! Wow! Wow! Caleb came out for our FREE roof inspection and really did a thorough job - Way more than I expected. He took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms and eased every fear/concern we had. He even went above and beyond and spent extra time to find us the best deal! 10/10 would recommend!!
