  We are very pleased and we "Did Business" with a local business to support the greater Canyon Lake area. Techline was a pleasure to work with and no pressure for the sale.   Nikki and Omar are always quick to respond to my real estate issues, or even when there is a large storm. Watched them grow from a 1 girl band back 9 or so years ago. Wouldn’t trust my roof to anyone else. They have excelled and won the “how to win life long customers in a biz…” book.

  The Techline team did an excellent job on my roof replacement in San Marcos. I have to confess I was a little suspicious seeing nothing but five star reviews for these guys, but after completing my job they definitely earned it. First, they provided a quick and very competitive proposal, then they worked with me to meet an aggressive date that my insurance company was demanding. The project manager, Easton, was excellent to work with, easy to get in touch with, always responsive, and he took the lead on ensuring that every detail was correct, even ones I hadn't noticed. As if the multiple follow up visits for those details wasn't enough, a neighbor's very large hackberry tree fell over onto my brand new roof only four days after it had been completed! Easton and the company's owners were exceptionally accommodating in negotiating a quick and complete repair that was more than fair and now I have my beautiful new roof back, good as new. I would absolutely call Techline again. Total customer satisfaction and Five stars for sure, they definitely earned it!

  I would highly recommend Techline Roofing due to their professionalism, no pressure sales, and knowledge of the insurance process. When the work crew arrived, they were all wearing a company shirt compared to other companies that seem to only be in the business when a hail storm impacts a neighborhood like my own. Every step of the process was communicated clearly through email in a timely manner. They gave me a variety of options for my roof and didn't try to up sell me with other items. I have confidently recommend Techline to friends and co-workers alike.

  Contacted Techline in January 2023 for estimate on replacement of shingled hip roof with metal. Patrick, salesperson representing Techline did site roof measurements and went over color details. During our survey I asked Patrick about existing gutters and ridge vent air flow quality. He assured me that both gutters and installed cap would be equal to existing vents. Installers came over around the second week of February. They informed me gutters would not work with install and had to be replaced so we were out another thousand dollars. Throughout the summer months the house attic did not vent properly. We decided to address issue in 2024 and called Patrick for suggestions. He recommended cutting holes in the roof and installing stativents. We were apprehensive about this idea so contacted several other companies. We had several contractors suggesting the same idea but finally had someone inspect roof cap vents and discovered they provided no circulation. They came over in March 2025 and removed caps and installed snap z standing metal roof ridge vents. Attached photo of original vent material. Techline management addressed my issues and were resolved.

When you first raised the concern in July 2024, we attempted to schedule an inspection to help identify a resolution but unfortunately did not receive a response. Later, we saw your positive review on another local company’s page noting that the venting issue had been resolved. At that point, we (incorrectly) believed the matter had been fully addressed. When you stopped by this week and let us know that the ridge vent was only recently replaced, our team immediately offered to reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses you felt were warranted. Our goal has always been to stand behind our work and do right by our customers. I personally called you earlier today to follow up, and we remain ready to connect and find a resolution that feels fair to you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we want to make this right.
