  I have used Roofer Chicks since 2022. I have had ongoing issues with an area they have repaired several times. They did honor their warranty and came back. However, it never fixed the problem which is why I had to hire another company to finally repair it correctly. I had roofer chicks repair another area in June, oddly to end up with rain in my home right next to the area they repaired. How could that happen??? I believe they may be using other contractors now. I just had another company fix all the areas and I am very confident my roof is finally sealed. The new company showed before and after photos of the area repaired and what a difference in the materials that were used. Also, I do not like the fact they ask for full payment to book your spot. They did change that but I had to ask for it. I am so thankful I have found a new roofing company that has excellent employees.

Older tile roofs such as yours do have significant repair issues. I'm grateful you mentioned we stood behind our work and warranty. After our most recent visit, however, we made the difficult decision that we could no longer continue working at your home because of the way members of our crew were treated. I value our customers tremendously, but I also have a responsibility to protect my employees, and the treatment they experienced during that visit was disrespectful and unacceptable. That - not an unwillingness to stand behind our work - is why we declined to perform additional repairs. I also want to clarify that our standard policy on repair work is a 60% deposit, not payment in full. As a longtime repeat customer, had the deposit been a concern, we certainly would have been willing to discuss it with you. I truly am sad to lose you as a customer after working with you for several years, and I sincerely hope the repairs made by your new contractor resolve the issues with your roof.   Miranda, I'd like to rewrite my original response after taking a couple of days to reflect on your review. As a business owner, I believe one of the best ways to improve is to listen to criticism and ask ourselves what we could have done better. While construction schedules don't always go exactly as planned—earlier jobs can take longer than expected or generate more debris than anticipated - the biggest thing we could have done differently was communicate sooner. By the time we called around 4:00 p.m., we already knew we weren't going to make it to your home that day. We should have reached out earlier to let you know we were running behind, rather than having you wonder whether we were still coming. We did speak with your husband, and our understanding was that rescheduling for the following day would work, but that doesn't change the fact that our communication could have been better. For that, I sincerely apologize. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Reviews like yours help us identify where we need to improve, and we'll use this as an opportunity to do better going forward.

  Roofer Chicks replaced a roof and one side of my 10x10 shed. I went with them because they had a lower bid than other contractor's. Until they added paint.

  I am so sorry that you are so unhappy, but your contract very clearly stated that it did not include paint. We are more than happy to paint, but there would be a charge for that. We tried to come out and talk to you in person on Friday, but you were not there for the appointment you made with us. We will not be bullied into doing free work. I hope you have a full recovery from your surgery and wish you well.

  Very unprofessional and dangerous driving. This company really needs to check who is driving their company truck. Almost causing two accidents then continued to speed. When driving a business truck you should be mindful and not drive like a complete jerk! Everyone is trying to get home safe.

We actually have GPS trackers on our vehicles, and we were already aware that this driver was excessively speeding and we are in the process of corrective action.   We recently discovered a leak in our roof during a rainstorm, and our experience with Roofer Chicks was frustrating. While they responded quickly, the diagnosis felt rushed, and the quote we received seemed higher than expected. Scheduling took longer than promised, and the work on the roof was done in a single day, but it didn’t feel thorough. Cleanup was messy, and follow-up communication was lacking. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations, and we would be hesitant to call them again.

  I was very disappointed with Roofer Chicks. The process was confusing, and I didn’t feel they followed through on what they promised. Communication about insurance and the project steps was poor, and the roof took longer than expected to complete. Overall, I was not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend them.

  I did find you in our system today and it looks like we had a total breakdown of communication and I am very sorry. When you called in on Saturday, you did speak to an answering service. My office scheduled an appointment for Tuesday May 6 at 8:30 am. Due to the heavy rains over the weekend, we were flooded with calls. My sales person got confused with all of the appointments and missed yours. I am so sorry that happened. You called to cancel the appointment. That went to our team's email and they did not see it (again, we were flooded with calls, emails, requests due to the storm) prior to the sales person calling at 3 pm when he realized he'd made a mistake. You are right. This is absolutely our fault and not good customer service. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention and I have gotten with all members of my team involved in this miscommunication. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve even though it was at your expense. I'm glad you found someone to make the repairs to your roof.   Phenomenal from start to finish with no issues at all. I was kept informed along the way and very detailed pictures to show problem areas and final remedies . Definitely will use them again.

  They did a phenomenal job on a roof patch. Even though I didn’t know or have the type of shingles, they did! They match perfectly and you cannot tell where the patch was done. Great to work with!

  A great experience. Roofer Chicks arrived on the date they promised and did an excellent job of securing all 12 entries from my roof to the attic areas. Very satisfied with their work and their pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

  From the first phone call to job completion, the attention to detail and friendly service was fantastic especially for such a small job! We had a roof repair done on my mom's house and look forward to a full roof replacement next May. We won't be soliciting any other contractor to do this job - can't say enough about the great service Roofer Chicks provides.
