Perry Family Roofers Llc re-roofed our cabin and two-story garage with dormers, and the whole roofing job went very smoothly. The estimate was fair compared with other bids we looked at, and the scheduling was fast and easy. Raymond and the crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and completed the work as promised. They also followed up after the install to make sure every part of the roof work was finished properly and that the yard and ground were cleaned up well. What stood out most was how they went above and beyond by replacing a gutter section that only had small ladder dents. It was not leaking and was still attached fine along the roof line, but they wanted everything to look right and perform the way it should. That extra care says a lot about their workmanship, pride, and customer service. If I ever need another roofing project, this would be my first call.

we had roofing work done a while ago after comparing a few bids, and this crew stood out because they clearly explained the permit process and what would be needed before the job started. that gave us a lot of confidence in their experience and knowledge of residential roofing. our project included a full roof replacement and new front gutters. during the install, an unexpected decking issue came up, and keith called us right away to explain it in simple terms and go over the next steps. raymond and the rest of the team kept in touch the whole time, answered questions quickly, and made the process feel smooth and well managed. since the new roof repair was completed, we have had heavy rain, strong wind, and typical texas heat, and everything has held up great. the spots inside our home that used to leak have stayed completely dry. harold and the crew did solid work, and we are very pleased with the final results, the clean installation, and the overall professionalism.

I used to do roofing when I was younger, but now that I’m older and dealing with an ankle surgery recovery and shoulder problems, I knew this roof leak was more than I should handle myself. After trying a few times to fix it, I realized it …

Harold and his crew were professional, easy to reach by phone, and very helpful from start to finish. Harold came out for the roof estimate himself and took the time to clearly explain the condition of my roof, the work that was needed, and how material pricing for plywood decking could change over time. He was honest, straightforward, and made it easy to feel confident in the roofing process. The roof replacement took a little time, but the communication stayed solid the whole way, and I always knew what was going on. As promised, Harold stayed involved during the project and was available whenever questions came up. He really went above and beyond by helping with extra repairs, including some rotted roof bracing and repainting in the affected areas. I am extremely happy with the new black metal roof. It looks sharp, fits the house well, and should hold up great in the Texas heat and storms. The whole roofing experience felt smooth, fair, and professional, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. I would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof repair or full roof replacement.

Finding a good roofer can be really tough. I talked with a few roofing companies first, but I did not feel confident in them. They were not very detailed, and none of them offered a solid temporary roof repair to help stop the leak until a …

Sometimes everything just works out perfectly, and in our case, it was thanks to the roofing crew and our representative, Raymond. We noticed a soft spot on the ceiling in our main bedroom one morning in New Braunfels—not the best timing for a roof leak! After looking into it, we found out a tree branch had damaged a few shingles in one of the roof valleys, which let water seep through. I called Raymond early that day, and he quickly pulled up our information and past pictures. He told us he’d come by at 11, and sure enough, he arrived right on time. Raymond checked out the roof, figured out exactly what needed to be done, and let us know he’d get their repair specialist out as soon as possible. As promised, the roofer came out the very next day with all the right tools and got straight to work. In just a couple of hours, everything was fixed up and looking good as new. We were especially thankful since it was right before a holiday and the weather in Texas can be so hot and unpredictable. This kind of quick and friendly service is exactly why we picked this roofing company to replace our roof before, and we’re glad we did. The whole team is reliable and great to work with.

Perry Family Roofers LLC installed the original roof when my home was built, and it has stayed in very good condition. After a recent storm, there was some light roof damage, with a few shingles blown off in spots. Keith arrived on time, checked the entire roofing system carefully, and handled the shingle repair quickly and professionally. He also explained the condition of the roof in simple terms and made the whole process easy to understand. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and made scheduling the appointment smooth and stress free. It is clear they know how to handle storm-related roof work and general roof maintenance with care. Overall, this was a great experience and definitely worthy of a five-star rating. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing services.

raymond and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and correcting problems left by a previous roofer. he was very responsive, moved fast from the estimate to the start of the roofing work, and there were no surprise charges. i would strongly recommend them because raymond and his team handled a full tear-off down to the rafters, rebuilt the roofing system, and installed new gutters too. my older home had a few unexpected issues during the tear-off, but they handled everything with ease and kept the project on track. they also made sure the roof was ready for texas heat and heavy storms. for any roof replacement or gutter work, i would definitely recommend this roofing team.
