  This customer is upset because she does not understand how insurance claims work and thinks she has to pay her deductible and nothing else even though it was explained to her several times. She was sent an estimate matching her insurance claim and was guided through the process. She approved the estimate and was given a free upgrade from 3 tab shingles to impact resistant shingles. Her job was completed in 1 day and was only upset after the first time we contacted her the following day for the remaining payments she received from her insurance company. She unprovokingly blew up on our office manager when we asked for final payment. We were not dishonest, asked for nothing but her deductible and the proceeds she received from her insurance, were on time to the job and finished it timely, contacted her and updated her the entire way. The job was not $18,000-$20,000 as stated in her review, it was $10,175.

  The technician was very friendly but his work was not very efficient. Every time he fixed something, he left things for me to pick up or repair. He left a bunch of screws on top of the roof and the last time he came, he stain my recently painted wall with some adhesive. I will not recommend this company.

  Do not use this company!!! This was their flashing fix after coming out 5 times with unsatisfactory work. They charged me $850 for this Jack job which I will be filing a credit card dispute if they do not refund me.

  We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your job and working with us. I will say, we bent over backwards to help with your "custom" job and went as far as to completely remove and redo one section to make you happy. This is the first time that we are hearing that you are unhappy with the completed job and instead of trying to work it out with us, as we would have happily done, you're leaving reviews all over the internet. What this customer fails to mention is how this job looked before we got there, which we have photos of as well. Most companies wouldn't have touched this roof because of how it was put together, but we tried to help you and gave you a fair price. We were not out there 5 times to do repairs, that is simply not true. This is not how you handle business when you are unhappy, if you would have reached out to us directly, we would have worked with you as before. Seems now like this customer is wanting something for nothing.

  Uday, we have been doing business with you for awhile now and have done many jobs for you. I understand your frustration to this matter but never have we not communicated with you or been unresponsive! We may not get to your Vm or Text within one or two minutes in the evenings as we are all home with our families or on the phone with customers but we do get back to you. The roof in Helotis was in bad shape from whoever installed it and we have been out there over and over again trying to get this fixed or you . We may not come out as fast as you think we should but we do come out as soon as we can always. which is normally within a week. I am sorry that you feel the way you do. But I do not think this is a fair review in the least. You know we have not ever ignored you and the last time you texted me I did not see your text for 10 min and you called 5 times within a few minutes and left nasty VM on the office phone and not very nice text. The comment about we told your tenet we fixed it should be fine we also told her if it leaked again to please let us know and we would have to come back and completely pull up that section and go further into the area of the chimney .

  NETHER ROOF REPAIR NOR LEAK EXPERTS [UNPROFESSIONAL] If I could give 0 stars - I would. In June 2021, I paid $1100 for this company to come fix a leak in my roof. After 2 attempts, the problem was NOT FIXED and this was a particularly rainy summer so rain continued to come in the house. I then called 7 times. Each time they scheduled another appointment and each time no one showed up or called to tell me that they weren’t showing up. Extremely unprofessional and wasted days of time. I called and told the woman who answers the phone what was happening and all she would do is reschedule another appointment in which no one would show up. When I asked to speak to the owner, she did the same thing. Reschedule the appointment. No one would call, no one would show up. I called back and asked to speak to the owner again and finally I was passed through to a voicemail. I left a voicemail about the issue and requested a call back. No one called. finally I got busy and gave up. No one ever called, checked in or tried to rectify this in anyway. It has been 5 months. It rained two days ago and it flared up my irritation with this company. What good is a warranty if they never come to actually fix the problem? I debated wether I should write this review or quit wasting my time dealing with this company, however, I make a lot of decisions based on reviews and if some one would have been there to let me of this unprofessionalism, I would have looked for another company. So if you are looking for roof repair, save your self the headache and look somewhere else.

  They missed rotted boards and holes so not sure exactly what redoing the roof really meant. In one area they put back roof tiles that would have caused water to drain into the roof. Had to pay another roofer who fixed it properly by replacing boards and the drains as should have been done initially by this company. This company just ignored me.

  We chose this company because they honored the one-year warranty on any repairs, and we appreciated the office staff’s efforts to stand behind their work. The office was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right. Unfortunately, our experience with the subcontractors was very disappointing. Communication between the office and the subcontractors seemed to be lacking throughout the entire process. The subcontractors attempted to charge us additional money for a repair that should have been covered under the warranty, and after their work, the leak was actually worse than before. There were also multiple scheduling issues. On several occasions, they failed to show up without any notice. Other times, they arrived only to “look at” the leak instead of repairing it or doing any work to repair, which meant we had to call back and schedule yet another appointment because nothing was fixed. While we truly appreciate the office staff for honoring the warranty and trying to help, the repair was never properly completed, and the issue was ultimately never resolved. It’s unfortunate because the customer service from the office was good, but the subcontractors’ lack of communication, reliability, and quality workmanship overshadowed the entire experience.

Although we did put in a lot of effort to get your leak fixed, it was unsuccessful and you're absolutely correct on the lack of communication and miscommunication by the subcontractor. We were just as upset about it as you were and have since made some changes. Every so often there's a leak that just won't quit despite tearing off the area and redoing it several times. If given the opportunity, we would have continued to honor the warranty and give it our best shot until the leak was fixed. Your leak was one that kept us up at night (which is why after a rainstorm, we would contact you to check on it). And if I remember correctly, we weren't the first company to try to fix it.   Manuel did a great job concerning I thought I was going to get the hole chimney done not just the 4 sides but that was my fault. I will my sure next time to get all the chimney done.
