  Had a horrible experience with Mr Martel, very combative and unprofessional. Reached out to the owner, Austin, who was very arrogant, and said he would stand by his warranty, which I’m still waiting for that work to be redone. On doing some digging, a month ago came across their attempts of having positive reviews by having family and friends post on their behalf. Of course all the reviews were “highly recommended “ “ great customer service”. This just goes to show the shady business they are running. 0/10 NOT Recommended

  I have a new construction home (Nov 2022) and Radiant Roofing was the contracted roofing company. I have had a few shingles that slide off the roof and didn't appear to be secured by any physical means other than friction of other shingles back in May 2024. I have also had vent caps fall off during my first year in the home but Radiant Roofing responded and made repairs to those calls as it fell within the one year new construction warranty. However, I now have had a couple of shingles sliding down the roof on one side of the home after about 18-months. The shingles look to be OK and I have contacted via phone and texts with Esteban for over a month on a repair. The fallen shingles looks to be a craftsman issue of the install rather than defective shingles as again, it appears nothing was securing the shingles to the roof except friction from the adjacent shingles. I have contacted Esteban and was on the understanding a roofer would stop by to assess and repair. It's been nearly two months of no returned calls or texts which leads me to believe they don't care about making this right. In my opinion and experience, I would be cautious in using this company as they don't appear to respond or care about making a situation right for the company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and/or for the homeowner who shouldn't expect shingles to fall off the roof after one year.

  Initial review was 5 stars because of the sales person we worked with, downgraded from 5 stars to 2 stars January of 2024. Edited after several months of no response from this company. The sales person we were working with left the company and notified us that he was leaving. The company itself never called us to let us know, so I called their office to ask who we would work with as a replacement. They gave me the name and number of the person. I called, left messages, heard back once, he never showed up to meet with the insurance Adjustor for our second claim after a major hail storm or anything. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt another couple of weeks and heard nothing. Never got a written quote either. Decided if I had to hound them to even give me the time of day, it wasn’t worth it. Working with a totally different company now that is more responsive. Original review: We contacted 3 local roofing companies in the area to get estimates for roof repair and replacement after some bad storm damage. All 3 companies came out and gave us quotes and the only one that followed up with us was Zach from Radiant Roofing. We had two more hail storms after he came out, and both times he called to check in on us and make sure we were doing okay. Zach explained the reroofing process and helped us document the damage to provide to our home insurance. Our homeowners insurance has been a nightmare and Zach came out a second time to meet with the adjuster and show him the areas they failed to notice damage, helping us through the whole ordeal. The quotes were also reasonable and the customer service and communication has been excellent.

  I would not use this company again. First, they installed the wrong roof tile and left their empty pallets and broken tiles in my yard. They said they would replace it and they did, but not promptly. I had to call and call. Months went by. They finally replaced the roof, but added more pallets and broken pieces. They also left the old tile in my yard. Again, months went by. They finally , after stern messages, moved the tile, but left the broken tiles and pallets. I gave up and will have it moved myself. We are doing an addition and there is other construction trash, but we do not have room in the dumpster for more. I feel a company i paid a fortune to should have left my yard without their piles of concrete tile and pallets. Is that what they would do if it was a roof replacement and no other trash. Beware of their follow through. I think this has been at least a six month fiasco. UPDATE Thirty-six hours after this review posted, the trash was removed.

  This was the most professional job that I have ever had accomplished on my house. These guys are pros and they really know what they are doing and how to treat the customer. From the repair estimate to work completion their operation was seamless. My team was Tyler (estimator and liaison) and Oscar, Josh and Gabriel and Mark( roofers) . These guys are amazing! They do dangerous work and they do it to perfection. We couldn’t be happier with them or the work they completed. If you need a new roof or just repairs or inspections, Radiant Roofing is who you want to hire.

  We worked with Kyle J on some warranty repairs after I told our home builder that I refused to work with the first company that they sent out because they were so rude. Kyle and his team were the exact opposite. They listened to our concerns, repaired what the other company broke or didn’t repair correctly, and tested it all to put my mind at ease! If we ever need roofing again, Kyle will be my first call! Thank you to your entire team. Every single person we met was incredibly helpful, kind, and did great work!

  I had some roofing issues and I’m very skeptical about who I have come on my property. I had Kolton Coffman come out to take a look and after visiting with him I realized it was someone I could trust to be on my property and around my family. He was on time and did everything he said he was going to do. Not only was he open and honest about what was going on with my roof, he took time to explain and answer any questions I had about what was going on and the process moving forward. If you are looking for someone honest that you can trust to go above and beyond, I highly recommend Kolton from Radiant Roofing for all your roofing needs!

  Cody was my sales rep and he got my roof fixed, my trees trimmed, and my chimney siding fixed fast and excellent quality work. Very affordable pricing for it too. Would definitely recommend using them for any roofing needs. Will be calling them again!
