Quoted me for siding repair in January. Kept pushing back due to weather, then ghosted me. Wind picked up and now repair isn't an option. Zero communication for over a month and won't even respond now. Since they have responded with lies I can add the full text message if need be? Multiple 'tomorrow or next day' then nothing and completely stopped responding. Suggest maybe business owner remove his response and I would be happy to supply the full history of contact with his employee

I am sorry for your experience. We collected $0 from you. At this point, we have not received any missed calls, texts, voicemails at the office number from you. If there was a problem with a project manager, I apologize but there was nothing at the office and you never reached back out to the office with a complaint or issue, until this review. Good luck to you with your project, we obviously aren’t a good fit for you.

Always on time when they say they are going to be there. Always available to answer my phone calls or call me back immediately. The work was unquestionably amazing with zero complaints. Insurance always sucks and Rob and Nick took care of that part for me. Definitely using them for all my at home services. Thank you RRR

Outstanding service and quality. Needing them after a storm came through and blew off shingles - they were able to get out that same day. The service tech was very knowledgeable and most of all honest. Was able to identify the problem and fix it that day without unnecessary cost. Also, the owner Rob is actively involved, he left another job to bring supplies necessary to finish my home.

We had a leak in the roof. Rob responded right away when called. He came out assessed the problem then sent his crew to fix it. All done professionally and quick. His crew did an excellent job of cleaning up all on our deck and yard. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs or new roof.
