  Who ever drives the 3500 really needs to slow down. Did could really care less about people on the highway. Might need to think before driving the company vehicle like crazy.

  Royalty Roofing and Construction LLC has excellent customer service and knowledge of their field. They did an amazing job replacing our roof. A few months later we noticed a small water spot developing in one of our rooms. They promptly came out to inspect the area of water intrusion the same day that it was noticed. The water damage was unrelated to the new roof. Their staff not only identified where the leak was coming from but also fixed the problem that was unrelated to their work free of charge. Super honest and genuine guys who care about the quality of their work and the customers they serve.

Chris came out for an on-site inspection and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish, so we knew exactly what to expect. He was honest and upfront from the beginning, telling us that the insurance company would likely fight replacing the entire roof—and he was absolutely right. The difference was that Chris was prepared. He has extensive experience working with insurance companies, knew exactly how to advocate for us, and never backed down.   Nathan and Robert were very responsive and easy to work with. Installed new siding and windows at a very reasonable price and attention to detail was fully executed. They were very responsive to every question I had and made sure I was 100% satisfied.   I cannot recommend Royalty Roofing highly enough. If you need a roof, look no further. Nathan and Robert really took care of us from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They replaced our old metal roof with shingles, and the workmanship was excellent. The crew worked incredibly hard and did a great job, while Robert stayed in constant communication with us throughout the project and kept us updated every step of the way. Everything was completed professionally, the cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly care about quality and customer satisfaction, but Royalty Roofing absolutely delivered. Highly recommended.
