  Encountered one of their drivers one too many times flying through the roundabouts in Conway towing trailers and almost causing a collision with my child in the car at least one of the times. I've never used this company but I wouldn't consider them if their drivers don't care for public safety.

  As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I felt compelled to share my recent experience with Collier Roofing because finding a business with true integrity is so rare. The most wonderful part of working with Collier Roofing was the exceptional personal service, honesty, and friendliness from the CEO and owner, Freeman Collier. It is incredibly refreshing to know you can trust people to do what they say—and to do it even better than promised. Freeman runs an outstanding, trustworthy local business. Here is why I highly recommend them to anyone in Conway and the surrounding area: Unbeatable Value & Versatility: We got several estimates, and Collier Roofing had the best price. Beyond the new roof, they threw in an "odd job" gutter section that other companies refused to touch. They even handled our new backyard fence and some landscaping, making them a fantastic all-in-one choice. Here’s my honest review regarding the new roof: Expert Planning: Our project manager, Jason Broach, explained everything clearly and patiently. He recommended the perfect shingle color, and he was absolutely spot on. Our new roof looks fantastic and makes our house look new! Incredible Work Ethic: The roofing crew arrived early and worked an incredible 16-hour day with only a short break to finish the job quickly and minimize disruption. Spotless Cleanup: I was so pleased with how meticulously the crew cleaned up our yard afterward.I am very grateful to have a company like Collier Roofing available in our community.

  I was caught in the heatwave with excessive heat in my attic. I called and the representative immediately had someone to call me. Jason called me within an hour. He explained this schedule and when he could be available for my issue. He came, he assessed and ready to schedule my appointment. He did exactly what he said. Not only did he schedule for my convenience. The team that came out conquered the task in the heat with no complaints or lacking on the job. Jason also periodically checked in to see if I was having the same issue and explained the process that I was going to. Great customer service. I will be calling them to replace my roof when ready hoping to request Jason and his team.

  Jason cam out to my house and inspected the roof for me and was totally honest about what I should do and explained why the wood looked like it did and ended up not needing repairs at that time. Was pretty shocked by the honesty and will call them first next time I need it.

  I didn’t know how nice my roof could look until I saw the job these guys did on it. But the nicest surprise was when I got the bill. It was way less than what I was expecting for such high quality work. The workers were very professional and cleaned up very well when they were finished. I love my new roof.
