  Since they blocked me on Facebook after making a posts about me I will go to every single platform and leave this review. We paid 37,000$ for a new roof, install was great, product was great. They did not completely cover up the wood when they took off the old roof with the new roof that was put on. I reached out in September and August of last year and was told it was getting taken care of and 9 months later still nothing. I reached out in February and was told again it was being taken care of…. A month later still nothing. Not one phone call or follow up message.

  This definitely is not the standard we strive for. We are terribly sorry that this has been your experience. I personally am just finding out about this and have sent you a message in messenger because I am currently traveling. I believe this is a breakdown in communication. Your project coordinator lead us to believe it was finished and that you were completely satisfied. That team member is no longer with us and did not align with our core values and high standards. Since the time they left us, we have completely changed the way we hire and train, and are implementing metrics to hold team members accountable. We would love to work to make this right, and if you are willing to open lines of communication again you can reach me on my personal cell number that I gave you in messenger. Again, we deeply apologize for this experience and I assure you we are taking steps to make sure that this does not happen in the future.

  Do not use. Substandard work and shady business practices. Then the project manager and owner both lied to my face on separate occasions. Went to the office and invited the owner to come have dinner with my family and inspect the work for himself that his crew left on my roof. He said he would be there that evening. Later that afternoon I received a text with excuses and letting me know he wouldn’t make it but would try the following weekend.

  We had hail damage and Hometown Roofing came highly recommended. We submitted a contact us email with no response. I called and talked to a lady that was to have someone contact us and they never did. I called again and 2 days later someone contacted me and then came to my house to review the damage and give an estimate. I never heard back from them. Very disappointing service form a local business.

  They called made an appointment, didn't show up. Called again said come next day, didn't show up, have not heard from them since. Will never call them again.

  Hi Charles, I’m sorry you had a less than wonderful experience with Hometown Roofing. Subpar customer service is definitely not what we’re known for. Service calls to repair metal roofs are $250. It’s my understanding Randy gave you the quote twice but didn’t get a confirmation that you were OK with this fee so we didn’t send him out. I’m truly sorry for any confusion.   Wonderful company and people, when I inquired about a quote for a new roof they immediately drove out and gave me an estimate. Now I don't know anything about roofs but I know their price slashed a quote I was given 5 years ago and was super affordable compared to what I expected it to cost. The weather wasn't kind to this crew but these guys worked from sun up to sun down, it blew my mind how fast they had everything done. I needed a new roof but didn't realize how big of a visual improvement it would make overall on my home, it is beautiful and looks so good. 5⭐️, 10/10, definitely recommend giving them a call for your roofing needs.

  My husband started to replace our roof and then had a major car accident, breaking his leg and face. A wonderful lady helped tell our story to Hometown Roofing of Greenbrier, and they reached out to me to help. They finished what my husband couldn't and didn't charge us a dime. I couldn't be more grateful for this company. They have made a friend for life, and I will never stop referring them as the BEST roofing company around!

  I want to say I’m a current customer and believe me when I say Hometown Roofing goes above and beyond, they absolutely do! I LOVE my new roof and it looks amazing.   Forrest Been and the team with Hometown Roofing did an excellent job before the sale of our home in Greenwood,AR. Job was handled very well and is way better than the previous roof by far! We were able to get the maximum amount in our claim no problem. Don't hesitate to give this company your business!

  Forrest Been was my Hometown Roofing rep. The crew did a great job on the roof, but Forrest really went beyond. He actually went up on the roof and took several photos of all the damage. He spoke with my insurance adjuster and showed her the photos along with naming dates from the last six months of significant hail storms we have had in this area. To top it off, several days after the roof was finished Forrest came back to my house with a hand saw and sawed a tree stump that had grown in an awkward position over the top of my a/c unit and he didn’t charge me for that! He really is the best and I feel like Hometown Roofers LLC are lucky 🍀 they’ve got him.
