HD Roofing & Construction installed shingles on my house. I requested a midnight black shingle. However, the shingles are more gray than black. Only about four packs were installed on the house. I spoke to the owner and he stated, “this is what you ordered and you signed a contract.” I specifically stated, “the shingles must be black to match the exterior of the house.” If a customer orders a product and is not satisfied, then it should be returned, and ordered the black shingles from another vendor if needed. A customer should not be told that this is what you ordered without a solution. I would have reimbursed them for the four packs of shingles that were opened. This is not how you provide great customer service.

Fantastic service. A storm blew some shingles off our roof. I called them, they came over and covered the spot before the rain had even stopped. They fixed the roof the next day, and matched the shingles perfectly.

I got 3 quotes on my roof and HD Roofing responded in a day. The others did not. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
