I chose Royal Bear Roofing after getting quotes from four different roofing companies. They had competitive pricing and a wide variety of roof types and colors to choose from, so I was able to find an option that fit my preferences and budget. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and sincere they were. Their bid was clear, and they didn’t try to add unnecessary improvements or pressure me into spending more. They were very responsive throughout the process and also helped me find a financing option. Once the project started, they completed the job quickly and did a great job. The finished roof looks excellent, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Royal Bear Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company that is professional, responsive, straightforward, and does quality work.

I had a fantastic experience with Royal Bear Roofing! They came out to fix an active roof leak and the entire process was seamless. They put an emergency tarp for free and provided an estimate for a full fix. Once agreed, they came and got the job done incredibly fast (just a few hours) and it was a totally hands-off experience for us. They were super honest—the final bill actually came in LESS than the initial estimate, and they removed the emergency tarp for free. When they left, the area was spotless with no debris left behind. Highly recommend Guilherme and the team for their speed, honesty, and quality work!

I had a very positive experience with Royal Bear Roofing from start to finish. I began the process by getting quotes from several companies, and the difference in approach was clear. Some were overly aggressive in trying to secure a contract, others seemed to inflate pricing to allow room for negotiation, and one even required a lengthy in-home appointment just to provide an estimate, which I declined. In contrast, Royal Bear Roofing stood out for their professionalism, transparency, and straightforward approach. The estimate process was simple and efficient. Their representative visited my home, used a drone to assess the roof, answered all my questions, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Within a couple of days, I received a detailed proposal with clear options and precise pricing. What I particularly appreciated was their honesty. Unlike some other companies, they did not try to upsell unnecessary work. For example, they confirmed that my gutters were in good condition and did not need replacement, whereas others had suggested additional work. The process moved smoothly from there. They were patient while I secured HOA approval, and once everything was in place, scheduling and signing were straightforward. They clearly explained each step of the project—from material delivery to final installation—and everything went exactly as described. The installation itself was completed in just three days, which was impressive given the size of my roof and the additional work I requested, including installing gutter guards. The crew was professional, careful, and respectful of my property. They ensured thorough cleanup and took care to avoid damage to landscaping during the tear-off process. At one point during the installation, I had a technical question about their approach. They took the time to explain it in detail, even referencing the CertainTeed applicator manual to show that their methods aligned with best practices and warranty requirements
