The workers damaged my house with tar in several places. After paying the company over $20,000 for a new roof, they failed to make it right. Not very customer service friendly.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option! We bought a house from an the family of an elderly lady who recently passed away. She had Rowe replace her roof 4 years ago. Apparently the roof failed 3 straight county inspections and somehow never actually passed inspection before the lady died. There were no boots placed anywhere on the roof and it was patched with scrap wood. We had 6 leaks in a 4 year old roof which they refused to come and fix because the owner didn't pay a maintenance fee with them to warranty it. We had to spend $20,000 at Christmas to replace a four year old roof on our new house. I guess they expected the elderly lady who lived there before would never know the difference because she couldn't crawl in the attic. We were doing remodeling and had water pouring down the walls. We had multiple roofers come and look at it and all said it was negligence on behalf of whoever put the roof on.

They took the whole contract price, and didn't complete my roof.

The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was clearly distracted. Nobody ever showed up, nobody called. When I called back, no apology was offered. They claimed that they would reschedule for another day, but they never did. If their workmanship is anything like their (lack of) professionalism, they're probably installing those shingles with bubble gum instead of nails.

Do not call this company. During the estimate process they damaged my property. Threw their trash off the roof and it landed in an AC unit below. Cost me $6800 to replace AC due to their incompetence. Horrible.

Called To Get A "Free" Estimate, Turns Out It Isn't Free! They Wanted $200 Up-front To Look At My Leak. I Call That False Advertisement❗Also The Receptionist Was Quite Rude! I Won't Be Calling Them For Business Ever Again........

I had the pleasure of reconnecting with an old high school buddy, John Gladden, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Rowe Roofing truly has a gem on their team — they should be proud to have him representing their company!

Rudy Rowe Roofing is an elite contractor. He personally supervises a crew of professionals in a very competitive business. Their word is their bond. John Gladden is an excellent Manager that puts his heart in his work and his Associate Juan is the best roofer I have ever seen.

We had the pleasure of working with John. It all started with a leak at the fireplace chimney. I called them the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. John came out that day to see what they needed to do to fix the problem. He had his crew out the next day. The day before Thanksgiving. We knew we needed a new roof as ours was 11 years old. We asked John for an estimate and they gave us a really good price. Their crew was professional, did a good job and was very respectful of the property. I would recommend to anyone.

I recently had my roof replaced by Rowe Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, John Gladson and his team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all of my options and helped me choose the best materials for my home. The work was completed on schedule, and they left my property spotless afterward. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I’ve already received compliments from neighbors on how great the roof looks. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. It gave me great peace of mind knowing I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Rowe Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. You won’t be disappointed!
