We take every customer concern seriously, and stand behind our work. In this case, we returned to the property promptly when concerns were raised, inspected the area and completed additional work at no charge to ensure the customer satisfied. The roof system was installed according to manufacturer specifications, and all workmanship remains covered under our warranty. We made multiple efforts to address concerns, explain our findings and provide solutions. Even removing portions of the roof to show workmanship was done properly. We appreciate all customer feedback and encourage homeowners to contact us directly with any questions so we can continue providing the level of service our community has come to expect from Rose Roofing.

Mickey and the Rose Roofing crew did an amazing job for us replacing the roof on our tool shed. We appreciate how the crew was able to work and around the nuances that the little shed presented, i.e. steep pitch, odd/irregular framing, sections of the roof deck that needed to be replaced, custom soffit and trim, an annex on the back side with low slope, low hanging tree limbs (now gone), etc. Mickey was very attentive to what we needed for a somewhat no frills solution to a problem, namely, a nearly 40 year old cedar shake shingled roof that was leaking and rapidly deteriorating and required a tarp to keep things dry. With the high cost to replace/rebuild the entire shed, it made sense to invest in a new roof that will last another 30 or 40 years. We are very happy to finally have a weather tight shed once again and we will certainly be reaching out to Rose Roofing in the not too distant future when the main house roof needs to be replaced. The materials used are high quality, the crew worked fast and accurately around the aforementioned nuances and the crew did a great job on cleanup as well as those cedar shakes and the ~10,000 nails that held them down were nowhere in sight at the end of the day :) Rose Roofing was recommended to us by a co-worker and we could not be happier with the results that were delivered at a very fair price and as such, would recommend Rose Roofing to anyone without hesitation. Huge thanks to Mickey and the entire team at Rose Roofing - great work!!

Fantastic team. Hard working and they make sure the job is done right. Had some questions along the way and even a few weeks after and the responsiveness was impressive. Within minutes they came back and personally saw to it that everything thoroughly addressed. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with this team.

Rose Roofing recently replaced the roof on my house and shed, as well as the cedar shakes on one side of my house. I can’t say enough good things about working with Mickey Rose and his crew. Communication with Mickey and his office was prompt and friendly: in going over the proposal, scheduling the work, and throughout the full day the work was completed. When I was having difficulty choosing a shingle color that would complement the grays and browns in my weathered shake siding, Mickey put me in touch with his local shingles supplier, calling ahead so they expected me. And when they saw photos of my house, they suggested a color I hadn’t been considering. Turned out it was the perfect match for my house, and it looks amazing. (It also turned out to be the only color they didn’t have in stock locally, and Mickey then drove down to New Hampshire himself to secure the necessary bundles on short notice.) My house is old, and there were a couple of unforeseen issues once demo was underway, but Mickey was proactive and creative in addressing them. Mickey’s crew were top-notch pros, did beautiful, careful work, and left my yard spotless. As great as the end-product was, the best part was the overall vibe: that Rose Roofing took great pride in their work, and were treating my home as if it were their own.

We are extremely pleased with the roof we have that was provided by Mickey and the crew from Rose roofing . They gave us a fair estimate and were outstanding in their service and workmanship. They arrived on time, worked precisely and efficiently, and left our property free of any evidence that they were here, except for a beautiful new roof. Two neighbors even came by to comment on their workmanship. We have some pre-existing siding siding problems and look forward to their return to address those. R & J Enck, Saco
