  This company does not follow through on their waranties. Not only did we have a complete lack of accountability on what was promised to be completed per our contract, but the end work with deplorable stucco finishing made us seek another company to finish their shoddy work. Also, they promised to save our gutter guards we had just installed and they threw them out instead, and took no accountability for replacing them. Now we are 6 months after completion and have water leaking that needs repair from the bad roof replacement. Instead of trying to remedy this with the warranty, the owner continues to ask for pictures and proof even though he sent people to our house to review it. The owner never listened to his clients, and instead relied on workers who told false statements. The experience as a client was extremely frustrating as we were costantly disputing what his workers shared with him. He clearly had no intention of coming. Again, a full lack of accountability. I highly recommend no one do business with this company as you will be led around with false promises and expensive repairs to fix the work he was supposed to complete. Do not trust this company under any circumstances!

  Hi JJ, Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to leave this review. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. These days are crazy times right now. You can't buy a fridge pack Coca-Cola from Publix for less than 12$. They force you to buy two more boxes before giving any discounts. Eggs!! You have to spend near 10$ for a carton of eggs?!?!?, so we hear what you're saying. You originally reached out to us back in December of 24. The original quote we gave you was for $1,600. There was other work involved. Clearly, you've done the other work with somebody else and all that's left over was the hard part. Getting on a two-story roof just to replace the 4 Tiles mandated by your insurance company. We mentioned to you if there was anything else on the roof ( for the same price $1,000.00) that we could do for you so we can help fulfill that minimum requirement. We lower the price for you too to help your situation. "No good deed goes unpunished." Companies have overhead. It's horrible we know! But the minimums are set to protect our customers long term interests. We, like other legitimate businesses, want to stay around for our client's long-term. Who wants to work with these companies/ handyman services that will give you a cheap price and then disappear on you. Most consumers end up spending the same investment twice to get it done correctly, or Even worse, they leave your roof in even worse conditions because they're not qualified. We certainly understand you can go on a certain apps and find handyman to do it for less. But because you're forced to use an actual roofing company, it will cost more because of company overhead. Our company has zero intentions of taking advantage of you or anyone else. The cost of business is very difficult these days. Rooftop Tech actually offers ALL of our existing clients 50% credits towards future work. See if you can take advantage of that. Give us a call, and let's see if there's anything else we

  Hello! We're responding to your post. Here are only facts. 1. We did the repair back in 2020 and you only have a one year warranty. its July 2022. The underlayments were failing and you were told that you roof is old back then. 2. Our records show that you still have a balance of 373.21 3. We came back out two weeks later (back in oct 2020) and didnt change you anything for that call back. We repaired a second area, that was higher up on the garage roof. We also repaired your cracked tiles that you requested for us to fix. Thats what the second charge was for. We didnt charge you twice for the same leak. The outstanding balance is for that, and its still not paid for almost 2 years later. The balance for the initial repair was 912.21 and not 1300. 4. We have photos of what was done back in Oct 2020 and who ever you hired, is wrong. We removed the underlayment and installed new underlayments in the working area. 5. You reached out to us this past June about that leak and you were told that same information. We told you your roof was in need of replacement back in 2020. Going through the emails last month i did see that you wanted a estimate to replace your roof and we'll look into what happened to that estimate. ill personally reach out when i do a inquiry. We understand that roofing issues can be frustrating, but we've been open/ transparent and honest with you and all of our clients. Even if were the company that has to tell you what you dont want hear, its still our job to be honest about what we find, good or bad.   Overall, a decent job BUT not without issues. Initially, the quote was too high once this issue was resolved the work itself was SLOPPY and rushed. This fact was actually disputed by management. Upon the second try I was satisfied. Needs to be more attention to detail, putting the customer first and less concern with moving on to the next job!

  For clarification purposes Here are the facts: Mr Jenkins had called our company and asked us to reduce his estimate that was provided to him a year ago, due to financial restraints. We said yes. We helped him and discounted the the repair by $700.00. to accommodate his personal situation. We started 4 days later, and it took us 6-7 hours to complete the repair. He had three issues after we finished: 1) over spray on the grass (paint) corrected. 2)over spray on the wall near the fascia (again, corrected) 3. the facia board itself was off by 1/8 of an inch. Again corrected. All issues were corrected the next day. No one asked for money, no one argued with him. He paid us, and told me personally that he was satisfied, hence giving us the agreed payment of 1200.00 Again all of this happened within 24 hours. He mentioned he felt ignored.   Rooftop Tech and Eugene did an awesome job replacing my old tile roof with a new aluminum one. He was super professional, always on time, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The roof looks great, and the price was really reasonable too. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and easy to work with — I’d definitely recommend Eugene to anyone who needs roof work done!

  Rooftop Tech roof company is truly great company They came same day to check where the leak was. The next day a team of experienced people came to the home. Did a great job at a very reasonable price. I never write about service etc…. But they really deserve it. Good people, honest people, quality of work 100%
