  Had them replace my siding which seems to run diagonally under the picture window on the front of the house. I had to fix the lap because the prevailing winds routinely dislodged sections. And during the installation my exterior shower wall collapsed... The window trim was an abortion of a job and had to be redone in multiple areas. The gutters were sub contracted out and turned out well. In addition I tried to get a quote in MAY for new damage to the garage siding as I'd like it to match. The last voicemail I left them was to inform them if they didn't want my business to let me know. I have yet to hear back.

At Reliable Roofing & Construction, we take pride in standing behind our workmanship and honoring our warranties. Our records show that following the siding installation, adjustments to the trim were made, and you confirmed the work was satisfactory at the time. Since then, we have not received any voicemail at our business line (574-302-7977) regarding new work. It’s possible a message was left elsewhere, but we are unable to find any record of it. In fact, our office has reached out multiple times—our office staff, project consultant Ryan, and even the owner personally called. The only response received was that you were at work and asked for a later call back. Subsequent calls have gone unanswered. Regarding the garage siding damage mentioned in May: from what we can see, this appears to be new damage unrelated to our installation. However, if you believe there is a workmanship issue, your project is still covered under our warranty, and we would be happy to come out and take a look at no cost. We value all of our customers and regret that this review was left before giving us the chance to address your concerns directly. Please contact our office at 574-302-7977 so we can schedule a visit and resolve any warranty items. We want you to be satisfied with the work, and we remain committed to making this right.

  I requested a quote and they never provided a quote to me. If they are too busy to take on more business, they should be upfront about this fact. Edit 8/28/23 I received a call after posting this review stating Reliable Roofing was still working on a quote for me. Our initial inspection for a quote was on August, 11th. I called at least twice after that and still had not received a quote. I will change this review to 5 stars until I receive a quote. I will then edit the review again based on my total experience. 10/10/23 update: I never received another call or a quote after the call I received on 8/28/23.

  I would not know of this company's ability. They canceled same day as scheduled estimate!!!! I waited 3 weeks and they canceled the same day! How professional is that?

  Hello, we do apologize as our estimate for those types of projects was sick today and it could be Covid. Unfortunately the other estimator we have that does these types of projects is about a week and a half out.   Reliable Roofing did a complete tear down and replacement of my home roof. They did a tolerable job on the work but they left a mess behind. They did come back once to take care of that but did very cursory clean-up. About 3 months after the work was completed I contacted them because some of the shingles had buckled and become loose. Four times I called asking for someone to come out and look at it - no one has returned my call. That is exactly the opposite of what I was promised when negotiating the work. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

  I had a gentleman come out for a roof repair. Turned out it was our siding that needed to be repaired. I was told he would forward the project over to the siding department and never heard back from them. The tech was fabulous however and I would probably hire them for a roof project if needed, however I give two stars because of the lack of communication I have received.

  Didn't offer options that would have really fixed my problem, didn't get poor workmanship fixed right the first time or second time or third time out. If you want fast to take the cash and supposably the reliability to remember everything …

  Highly recommend Reliable Roofing & Construction! We had roof damage from a recent windstorm, and they were quick to respond...even came out again to meet directly with our insurance estimator. Their crew was top notch: hardworking, professional, and extremely attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure our roof is stronger and better sealed than it ever was.   Reliable roofing not only did a fantastic job replacing my siding, they went above and beyond before - during - and after the work was done. During the storm of late 3/25, a lot of siding came off of my house. I am generally not one who hires solicited help, but Reliable Roofing was driving in my neighborhood and speaking with my neighbors. Abraham the president was assessing damage and providing tarping of the house immediately on the handshake deal that we look into working with them or pay for the tarping if we didn’t. He assessed the damage on the spot. I had two other roofing companies asses the damage as well. Reliable roofing’s estimate was the most expensive - but only because they had found more damage and needs for my house in way that was clear that the other companies hadn’t bothered to look. When I sent the estimate to my insurance, who had sent their own claim agent to my house, they at first denied full coverage. Abraham from RR offered to speak with the insurance agent and explain to her the extent of the damage - and to my shock he was successful - and they reviewed his photos and gave full reimbursement. After the crew came and did a great job, they offered to come and additionally inspect and do small repairs if necessary to some additional parts of my home that they noticed while applying the siding. They came and investigated and gave me some good insight and advice and assessed nothing needed to be done. All in all working with them was a great experience. Abraham is a good communicator and I felt that he was genuinely looking out for the integrity of my home. Very responsive and easy going as well. Highly recommend

  We had a great experience from start to finish. The project manager, Ryan, was prompt and communicative, and he went out of his way to avoid cost increases. The roofers did the job efficiently and thoroughly, and our new roof looks great! They cleaned up the area before they left. We will definitely consider Reliable Roofing for future home projects and recommend them to others as well.
