  This is what a Roofsavers Locke Roofing repair did to our house. The current situation is MUCH WORSE than before they did the repairs. We now have multiple drips coming from our ceiling (multiple buckets catching the water in the attic and inside the house), and the water is running down an interior wall. We have Sheetrock and insulation damage. I have pictures and video.

  Roofsavers-LockeRoofing helpful in past via re-coat. Nichols Contracting (HVAC) recommended. Estimator Jose kind and nice. Offered contact information on after hours recording facility. Received no contact next day. After no call received, phoned Roofsavers- Locke Roofing 3x. Two calls no answer after 4 rings. Third call person answered, asked particulars. Informed had delivered information on recording after hours. Individual at Roofsavers-Locke Roofing not friendly. Not helpful. Not Professional. Person informed me they have not had opportunity to retrieve message. Impression received... office too busy to attend to request of each customer. Called Southern Arizona Roofing Asoociates. Business appreciated.

  Hi Mr Bridges, I am sorry you were disappointed with our service. I don't really understand "unresponsiveness" as the complaint. You did talk to Jose and asked him to do the job at the same price we quoted in the past, you talked to Len in our office who doesn't have the authority to make price changes, Liz, the office manager who has the authority to make price changes, but reviewed the proposal and found no mistakes in the pricing. You talked to Jeff, the sales manager and again asked for a discount. He explained that all our bids are done by strict formula and everyone is treated the same, and could not give a discount. Then you talked to me. I am an owner but everyone you talked to is an owner as we are an employee owned company, but I am the founder and president. I did mention the cost of gas, but I also mentioned the cost of labor, vehicles, materials, and insurance. I don't pretend to understand all the ins and outs of inflation but I do understand that everything a roofer touches is effected by the price of oil. Not todays price of oil but the price of oil when the product starts in the manufacturing process which can be several months or more. The frustration about price increases is one thing we have in common and hopefully the powers that be can get a handle on it soon. Another important point about inflation is that the average may be 6-7% across all products but some areas prices have gone down, and other segments have gone up dramatically more. Again, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with Roofsavers Locke Roofing but I suspect you had a bad experience with inflation, which is something I have a bad experience with every day. when you suggested you needed to look for alternatives I genuinely wished you good luck and you even turned that into a negative. I truly hope you find someone who can do your job at a price you find reasonable.

  Had my leaking roof supposedly repaired multiple times and once again it leaked and caused tons of water damage that they claim is not their problem but fixed the roof under the warranty. Don’t expect good work or for them to stand by their work because that won’t happen. I have a 2 story and it was literally raining in my garage

  Hi David. I am sorry you had an unhappy experience with my company. I have reviewed the proposal that we sent in 2019 and the recent proposal that is much more expensive. In this case the work we recently bid to do was considerably more difficult over a considerably larger area. You are correct about the effect inflation has had everywhere but it in no way has effected my industry 300 percent. The price difference between the work we proposed and completed several years ago and the work we proposed recently was more dependent on the size and scope of the job than the effect of inflation.   Thanks for the review. I wish you would have called and asked to speak with me. I have no idea of the address and cannot review what was done and any history of leaks afterwards. based on your comments about low quality paper however, that implies the quality of paper used in installing a new roof and we have not installed new roofs for 20 years. I hope you call me so we can clarify what was done so I can correct any shortcoming on our part in the future. Joe Locke

  I haven't looked back at the reports. Not sure if this is one tech in particular or what. I used to work with you guys all the time, I'm a Real Estate Agent. However, I've had to strike you from the vendor list I provide clients. From time to time your reports still come across on my listings. Your tech is making up work. I get multiple roof companies out to quote and yours never matches up. Additionally, this last time we JUST had the roof maintenanced and cracked tile replaced. The roofer who was up there swears it was good when he left. Now your guy is claiming there's broken tile he wants to fix. I'd chalk this up to weather, an oversight, or something else. But not when I've had it happen multiple times with your reports on multiple properties. Several other Real Estate Agents and investors have stopped using you for same reason. You've torpedoed millions of dollars in deals all so you can make a few hundred bucks. I'm so annoyed with your company.

  I highly recommend using Roofsavers for all your roofing needs. They were able to schedule an appointment to examine my roof in days and have the work completed in a few weeks after that. All the employees were professional and knowledgeable.

  Came and replaced a couple of broken tiles and some minor roof repairs. Excellent work, timely, efficient, and great price. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

  I asked for a proposal to do some tile roof repair and they immediately responded with a site visit and a proposal. The proposed price was very reasonable and I accepted the proposal and they did the repair very quickly thereafter.

  I have used Roof Savers for over 18 year are on two houses I have owned. Roof Repairs, Roof Coatings, Tile replacement, skylight replacement have all been done with care and expertise.
