  Keep looking. Lousy service. Wish I would have kept seeking a reputable company. I don't know how they have all these five star reviews. Unreal.

You gave the date from start to finishing my beautiful roof. You knew the guidelines to my community HOA better than I did. The cleanup was very good around my house.   Excellent experience with HomeSouth Roofing and Simon Devons. Simon is personable, quick to answer calls, and very easy to work with, which made it an easy choice to go with his company. He was very accommodating when rescheduling was needed and sent a drone out within an hour to assess my roof, with the job scheduled for the following week. I went with an architectural roof using Tamko shingles, and the color really pops and looks great on my home. The crew completed the roof replacement the same day despite light rain. With a 50-year warranty, I feel confident I will never have to replace my roof again. Great communication, professional service, and I highly recommend Simon and HomeSouth Roofing.

  Had a roof leak, got in touch with Simon and came out the same day I called for an estimate on the repair and gave a reasonable quote and got their crew to come out 2 days later when they could and got it fixed within a few hours. Quick work and good communication.

  When Randy and Lauren of HomeSouth tell you they got you, they got you. I had a bum roof job done that left me with all kinds of problems and I went to HomeSouth for a fix. They didn't over charge me and tell me I had to get the whole job redone, they fixed what needed to be fixed, when they said they would fix it, and I never had to hunt them down. If I had a question they answered it promptly and were a joy to work with. They knew I had PTSD from the other roofer and were patient with me. I would refer them to anyone. They sent photos galore of the job in process and the finish. Randy told me his work is guaranteed and if there are any issues he would be there to fix it. I believe him. And am grateful.

  Michael Bradsher (HOMESOUTH Roofing, Llc) did a superb job replacing the roof on our home following damage from the late January wind storm. Michael came by to assess the damage the same afternoon we called. He came prepared, flying a photo drone over the house identifying and taking photos of areas of damage. The report and highlighted photos he provided to our insurance company fully supported our claim. Michael went the extra mile to find the blue colored shingles my wife wanted. The installers did a great job, were polite and courteous. AND, they cleaned up after they finished! The roof on our pergola was also replaced. Michael was very helpful in selecting replacement materials and ensuring that proper overhangs were placed to prevent water damage to the structure. We couldn’t be happier!
