Had an appointment for an estimate, waited and waited and no one showed up and I hear they are very expensive. Wasted my whole day.

Those guys will fabricate metal roof panels on your site! Who else can offer the same service?

The team at Roofing Solutions Northwest provided us with excellent workmanship on our PVC flat roof overlay and skylights replacement. Our existing flat roof with skylights was prone to leakage during heavy rains due improper skylight design and placement. It was a problem that we did not recognize, but Alex G was able to recognize that the existing skylight frames were too low. He recommended that we raise the frames so water cannot infiltrate during heavy rains in addition to applying the very durable PVC membrane overlay. We had bids from several other reputable roofing contractors, who offered less durable roofing products, and they did not recognize nor recommend any solutions regarding the skylights. We are very grateful that Alex really thought through our project and that the team executed the project correctly and respectfully. The PVC membrane was neatly applied as was the trim around the skylights. No more leaks! We highly recommend Roofing Solutions NW. These pictures show the roof project midway through with the new PVC membrane on, but these are the old skylights awaiting the arrival of the new skylights. The last picture is a view of the trim work from inside the house.

Roofing Solutions NW was referred by multiple roofing companies who didn't work with flat roofs or PVC materials. Our Forever Home takes a beating by SW winds off the Puget Sound and sprang a leak after the recent snow. Alex & team explained how poor workmanship by the original installer - now out of business - allowed for open seams and undesirable flapping when windy which creates other issues. While other roofers immediately proposed complete removal and installation of a new roof when called, Roofing Solutions NW came out, inspected and offered an explanation of needed repairs, resealing, patching and tightening at an exceptionally affordable price. I was greatly relieved. It took a crew 3hrs to complete the job. Alex assured me the existing roof is in great shape and should last 20yrs. Give them a call for your roofing, gutter or decking needs. (The video is of prior flapping leading to leaks.) Post pictures (attached) look like a 10yo roof, but RSNW patched 4-5 leaks, resealed seams, pulled material tight, resealed and reused original trim - greatly reducing costs of materials.

Alex has done several jobs on my commercial buildings as well as on two of my residences. His work is top notch and never an issue that Alex doesn’t address no problem. I have recommended him to two of my friends and both were very happy. An excellent roofing company.

Different roof sections don’t always need the same roofing material. Steep slopes and low-slope areas manage water differently, which means a home may benefit from more than one roofing system. In projects like this, metal roofing can provide durable protection on the pitched sections while a continuous membrane system protects the flatter portions. Choosing materials based on the actual roof design—not simply using one product everywhere—is an important part of building a dependable roofing system. Roofing Solutions NW installs both metal and flat/low-slope roofing solutions.19 hours ago
