Do not use this company!!! They tried to take advantage of my ELDERLY mother by making her think her roof was rotting out and caving in. They tried trapping her into a $24,000 roof and then said if she didn't sign a contract on the spot she'd have to pay more! Additionally, they took pictures of the "damage" and claimed they were unable to email them. However, they had no problems emailing the estimate. Thankfully, she got a second opinion from another company who said IBEX's estimate was really high and she did not need a new roof right away. Using scare tactics to try and coerce my mother into signing a contract is despicable. I wish I could give zero stars.

I'm a real estate investor and have bought and sold at least 25 homes that I have had remodeled. When I called IBEX last week I explained that my wife's schedule made it difficult for her to attend a free estimate, and that I was …

I was quoted less than 1/2 of what the job was supposed to cost. The person who did the quote apparently "forgot" to include a line item that would cost me approximately $6k. The quality team apologized but would not do anything about the negligence of the sales person who apparently worked in roofing for more than 20 years. Be careful with this company.

We had an amazing experience with Ibex Roofing! The crew was respectful, professional, fast, and efficient throughout the entire project. We absolutely love our new roof, gutters, and the new intake vents. The intake vents not only look great, but they also give us peace of mind knowing our attic has better ventilation. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Rico was especially great to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Ibex Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service!
