  Really don't even know what to give. Took off work to get estimate on windows on a Friday. Was told estimate would be in email early Mondsy, Tuesday 7pm still nada. Guess I just wasted my leave for mothing

  We had a very disappointing experience with Jerry’s Siding and Roofing. They initially showed up promptly and gave us an estimate, and the team was polite and professional while they were on-site. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. Despite multiple follow-up calls to their office, we never received any updates or follow-through on the work. The office staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving us frustrated and without any resolution. It felt like they simply didn’t care about earning our business. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

  Second problem. 1st was one panel coming loose...today came home to 3 1/2 broken siding pieces on my deck...Hardiplank recommends nailing siding into the studs...does not seem to be the procedure followed. They did the siding on our new Koch home on Kent Island...premium price, siding comes off in the wind??? Hesitant to give one star

  Mr. Weaver, we are sorry you are unhappy with the current condition of your home, and we will get your home repaired as soon as we can. We sent out one of our employees today (3/5/18), and he confirmed that the siding was installed correctly. We would be happy to meet with you and a James Hardie representative to confirm that the installation was performed properly. Also, James Hardie siding is not warranted to withstand hurricane force winds like we just experience over the weekend. If you have any more concerns please contact us at the office, 410-766-6800.

  No one ever showed up or called. When I called the office to see what happened, Danielle who answered the phone was very RUDE. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and find someone else. My experience is that Jerry's siding will only delay your needs.

  These people took forever. They are still not done to this day. I just don't understand why it is so difficult to communicate what is going on. If you says you are coming out, you come out. but don't make promises you can't keep. I would not hire them again for anything !

  The team at Jerry’s provided me with amazing service from start to finish. My project manager was Tom H. - he took great care and listened to my concerns. I had damage to my siding after a storm and Tom fixed it up in a snap. He matched my siding color perfectly. Can’t even tell where the patch work was done. I also wanted to replace my double door patio frame. Instead of painting over a weathered frame, Tom suggested an aluminum frame. Went with a contrasting black color and it came out beautiful. I love it! Ken & Mike hand-crafted a sharp looking design. The work is clean and eye catching. The team was professional, courteous and left the job site clean of debris. Lauren in the office was also a pleasure to work with for scheduling and payment. I will be using Jerry’s for all of my home improvement needs in the future. Fair pricing and just great people!

  From my first call to Jerry's to request an inspection and estimate for a new roof, followed by my initial meeting with Tyler Sargent, the Sales Rep, I couldn't have found a better company to work with. I had some minor roof repairs done by Tom, another Jerry's employee, 5 years earlier, and that had also been a very positive experience. Tyler was very patient with providing info, answering my questions, considering my concerns and finally working to present a very acceptable estimate. Even before I received the estimate and committed to have them do the job, Tom returned to replace a few shingles he had noticed while doing the inspection, since it would be over a month before I could have the new roof installed. Finally, on installation day, Tyler visited my house multiple times to check on the job, give me updates and make sure the clean-up was complete. The crew worked hard and did a great job in every way, especially taking care to protect shrubs, outdoor furniture, etc. I definitely would recommend Jerry's Siding & Roofing for home improvements.

  We hired Jerry’s Siding & Roofing for a major exterior renovation project and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The project included removing and replacing several windows, installing a new front door and storm door, upgrading the entire siding, and replacing the gutters. From the start, the Project Manager/salesperson (Tyler) was extremely professional. He took the time to walk through different options and made thoughtful recommendations that helped maximize the final outcome while still keeping the pricing fair and reasonable. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail during the planning process. The installation crew was just as impressive. They were timely, courteous, and clearly very skilled at their work. Each day they worked efficiently and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving, which made the whole process much easier on us as homeowners. The finished project looks fantastic and has completely transformed the exterior of our home. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team.We highly recommend Jerry’s Siding & Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior home improvements.

  Jerry's Siding and Roofing was very responsive, sending someone quickly to inspect the storm damage. They offered options for repair including going out of state to find our 33 year old siding! The repairman brought the siding to our home to ensure it was a good match. The repair work was well done and all debris was hauled away. I would recommend Jerry's!
