Ordered a can of specialty gutter spray paint for my gutters downspout covers out here in AZ. Order process was easy but when I recieved it thru UPS I was very disappointed. The can was dented, the labeling was very old, discolored, smeared like it was left out in a wet area and looks to have been used with spray inside the cap. Also the lable on the cap looked like it was there for a few years. Wrote customer service an email ywice with no reply. I hate to write any bad review which is very rare for me but never again would I buy anything from this place online as they sent me an old nasty item and didn't even have the courtesy to reply. See the two pictures I attached to this review.

The crew damaged my gutters and didn’t bother to fix them. The work was rushed, and the quality was poor. I regret trusting this company with my home.

Hi Sheryl, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that Lakefront Roofing & Siding Supply is a materials supplier and does not perform installation work or send out crews. It sounds like there may be some confusion with the contractor who completed your project. If you purchased materials from us, we’re happy to help review your order or provide any documentation that might assist you in addressing this with your installer. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can help however we can. Thanks, Lakefront Roofing & Siding Supply

Called asked 3 times for the product I needed, they said yes. Takes me 1 hr to get there, turns out they don't have it. What a waste of time and lack of knowledge from the sales rep.. 👎👎 …

Go somewhere else. Especially if you are a woman. Just leave. It will not be okay, they won't listen. Trust me. I told them EXACTLY what I needed and they still screwed it up. I handed them the exact measurements, photos. I explained everything and they still screwed it up.

No overnight parking available. Blind backing from a high-traffic street.

Lakefront is a roofing and siding supply conveniently located in the city of Chicago to better serve local contractors and customers. Incoming deliveries are scheduled by appointment only between 10am and 2pm directly into our loading dock or yard. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate overnight truck or trailer parking. Due to our urban location and traffic patterns, backing conditions can sometimes be more challenging than at large suburban distribution centers. Our team works to coordinate deliveries as safely and efficiently as possible for both drivers and customers.

Lakefront was recommended to us by Greg from Siding and Window Group. They did all of our window and door sill pans along with a flashing detail on the shed roof of our garage. Highly recommend.
