  Unfortunately our experience was very lacking. At first they were very communicative. Jake came out and checked the roof out. It got dark and he said he would come back the next day. We ended up with some snow and finally rescheduled for Saturday Jan 13th with tarps and to do a full inspection of the roof as he was suspecting a roof replacement. Unfortunately that's where it stops. I have never heard anything from him again. I messaged him on the 17th about rescheduling and again on the 29th. Both times with no response. He was very nice upfront saying he would get us taken care of and help us out but, that was apparently not the case. I would choose a different company that can hold their word in your time of need.

  Unfortunately, our experience was not like our neighbor's. Although Jake was very responsive at first and full of promises, after our insurance company didn't offer to replace our roof the process stopped. Jake said that he would respond to them and continue working to get it covered, but there was no further action from his end. For several weeks I would text and ask if his response was coming and he'd immediately respond, saying he was working on it, I'd have it by tonight or tomorrow at the latest, and then another week would go by. Eventually he stopped responding altogether. It's now been several months and he still has yet to either officially tell us he's dropping us as a client or respond to the insurance company as he promised.

  Company is great to work with and kept me posted on plans. The crew that replaced our roof was very respectful and went above beyond when it came to cleanup!!
