  I would give them 0 stars if possible, a negative stars would best suit this situation. We have been dealing with this company for months. They don't communicate with each other and only with customer if you call them and get upset. We had then come out take a carpet sample back in Sept/Oct never heard anything after that. Called ask what's the status was told "oh we need to come get a carpet sam ple" we explained you did that weeks ago. Then we get a call back they couldn't find the carpet match so was going to just use alternate flooring. Oh no you are not that's the middle of our loft and that carpet runs through the entire house. Didn't ask us if we wanted to just was going to put that in work order. So we had another guy call us back asking again if he could come get a carpet sample. We explained it all over again. He said he would go back and check into it & call us back. We did explained we were out of town till after New Years. He said no problem. Get another call before we our back asking could he come that day, Um no sir we aren't home. He responded oh yeah forgot. Then said he would be back the day after us, no deal for us so called day he came back. He then picked a date & time around his schedule we made it work. It was scheduled for today at 9 a.m.9 comes & goes so does 9:30, and 10 too. I called office and several numbers on the list with no answer. Finally got someone to answer & was told they would look into it. I then received a call while on with office and it was an employee that doesn't work for them and hasn't for awhile. So why was his number even on the list we were given. So husband calls the guy Jeff I believe was his name while I had been working on my end to get in touch with someone & he says oh yeah I got my weeks mixed up. He explained just forget it we don't want to do business with a company like this. Very unprofessional, unorganized, can't get anything right, just all around horrible experience. I then get a call back from Kelley

  Kelly M.was extremely helpful through the entire process. However, they never covered the hole back up under our house and did a horrible job wiring.

We always take pride in leaving every job site clean and complete, and the work shown in those photos doesn’t match the quality or process of our crews. It looks like other contractors were working on the home as well, which might be where the confusion came from. If we had seen it in that condition, we would’ve made sure it was taken care of right away.   Sam and his team were absolutely amazing!!! The communication was great, the work they did on my house was perfect! Would highly recommend for any roofing for construction needs

  Sam and Chris from RACS were great from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family. After experiencing a water loss to our home, we were left with quite a lot of work to get our house to pre-loss condition. Not only did they help us rebuild our entire kitchen, flooring throughout, painting, etc., they helped me run with my vision and gave me the kitchen of my dreams! I’ve already hired them again to do an exterior project for our home and look forward to working with them again. The rebuild process can be incredibly daunting and overwhelming, but these guys were in my corner, every step of the way.

  I cannot say enough good things about Racs roofing. Being a realtor I deal with a lot of roofing companies. They saved my deal and did it the very next day. If you’re looking for a new roof….these are the guys!!!

  Want to thank RACS for dealing with our home insurance company. Jeff went above and beyond in helping us. He even showed up to walk me and my wife around the Tile store to help us pick out our new bathroom items. Very patient and helpful.

  I had a great experience with RACS! Not only did they do a great job replacing my roof but they were able to manage changing all of the bad wood siding and repainted my home beautifully! I highly recommend this group! Great value and after sales support!
