  Roofcore Solutions was excellent in every part of the roofing job. The estimate came quickly, and the scheduling process was simple and smooth. The team stayed organized with dumpster drop-off, material delivery, and each phase of the work, which kept the project moving without delays. The crew worked hard every day and showed strong roofing and carpenter skills, especially when replacing areas with dry rot. They carefully set the color-matched roof tiles so the repaired sections blended in well with the rest of the roof. The solar light tube had an unusual shape, but Evan found a smart flashing solution that fit properly and kept the area secure and watertight. They also arranged a skilled specialist for the patio parapet roofing section, and the result came out very well. The old roofing surface was fully removed, and a white foam sealant system was applied thoroughly across the roof and stucco wall areas for solid coverage and protection. The finished roof quality was even better than the original installation. The price was fair, and the crew paid close attention to proper drainage, which is very important in a roofing system. They cleaned up debris at the end of each day, and the supervisor checked in daily to explain the next steps and answer questions.   The roofer who came out to inspect our screen porch roof did an excellent job. Evan took time to listen to the problems we were having with the ridge vent and explained the repair in simple terms. He arrived on time, followed up quickly, and made it clear he wanted to fix the roof the right way so we would not deal with another leak. He ordered the needed roofing materials and completed the new ridge vent installation fast and professionally. He was very careful while getting on and off the roof, protected the gutters by not resting the ladder on them, and kept the whole work area clean. After the repair, he removed all old materials and made sure nothing was left behind. A few days later, after a strong rain, the porch roof stayed completely dry with no leaks at all. We are very happy with the roofing work and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair, ridge vent service, or other roofing help in San Jose. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and done with real care.
