They came out to my home in Saratoga Springs and fixed my leaky roof! The storm that came out of nowhere exposed the hole that the house builders cut corners on, but thankfully Roof Wise and Manny’s crew did great work!

Thanks to Roof Wise for fixing the leak in my roof. Hadn’t noticed anything until that random storm came and we could hear something was wrong from inside. They were professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Roof-Wise to anyone looking for a new roof. Manny and his team bring over 20 years of experience, and it shows in their craftsmanship. Out of six bids, Roof-Wise offered the best balance of competitive pricing and excellent quality. Because the owner, Manny, is on the roof with his crew, they maintain low overhead without cutting corners during the installation What stood out: * High-End Materials: They installed a 50-year CertainTeed Landmark TL shingle with metal valleys, a continuous ridge vent, and 16 feet of ice and water shield for extra protection. * Solar Expertise: They seamlessly removed and reinstalled my 30 solar panels with zero issues. * Solid Warranty: The work for the roof and the solar panels are backed by a 10-year labor warranty. * Professionalism: Manny is highly communicative (bilingual in English/Spanish) and kept the site clean throughout the process. I am pleased with the results. If you want a high-quality roof at a competitive price, call Manny!

Manny and the entire Roof-Wise team take a lot of pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while keeping pricing fair and transparent, so it means a lot to hear that stood out among your bids. We’re especially glad you were happy with the materials, the solar panel handling, and the overall installation process. Keeping communication clear, the job site clean, and ensuring everything is done right the first time is always our priority. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Manny and the crew. Thanks again for your recommendation—we’re grateful for your trust and are always here if you need anything in the future!

After talking to a few roofing companies in the area, I chose Roofwise because of their professionalism, clear communication and their pricing. Manny was extremely nice and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew did a great job — the roof looks perfect, and the cleanup was spotless. No nails left behind in the driveway or backyard, which I really appreciated since my dog plays back there. Highly recommend Roofwise. I’d absolutely work with them again. Thanks again to Manny and the team — 10/10!
