Retro Roofers

The only one or two-star review we hold for Retro Roofers.

Construction was started at 630am in the morning on a weekday in a residential neighborhood. Supplies were dropped off at 630am in the morning. Crew was loud and disruptive.

We at Retro Roofers are excited that our first (and only) negative review came from a whiny, entitled neighbor rather than someone that actually worked with us. Here are the indisputable facts that can be supported by the homeowners we worked with, should anyone care: Construction did not start at 6:30. That's the time that our crew arrived to start unloading their equipment and place tarps around the home. Construction actually started after 7:00, which complied with Marietta law, which our project supervisor proved to you on their website. 100% of roofing companies in metro Atlanta operate this way. Our project supervisor, the homeowners, and part owner of Retro Roofers still tried to apologize to you for the inconvenience, but all were met with nothing but profanity. Therefore, in our opinion, nobody should care about your review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Retro Roofers! I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and the entire experience with Retro Roofers. Brandon & James and his whole crew did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. Everything they told me they would do, they did—and they did it right. The entire crew was professional, dependable, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with a company that follows through on its promises and truly takes pride in its work. Retro Roofers is a top-notch company, and Brandon and his team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Retro Roofers to anyone needing a new roof. I would absolutely use them again. Five stars all the way!

I can't say enough about all the hard work Brandon did getting my insurance to pay for the roof. James and crew were amazing in their handiwork on the roof. It looks great and improved everything about the house. Definitely recommend and hope they can help others with their storm damage.

Thanks to James and his crew for an incredible job on the installation of our new roof. They came early, spread covering over our plants and shrubs and worked tirelessly to remove the old roof and install the new roof. At the end they cleaned up around the exterior of the house completely and put it back the way they found it. This was a job well done and we are so happy with the outcome. We recommend Retro Roofers highly!

I can’t say enough great things about Retro Roofers! I have my house on the market and needed to complete some home inspection repairs as quickly as possible. I called Brandon at Retro Roofers, explained my situation, and he immediately understood the urgency. He said he thought he could get someone out that same day. A short time later, Liam called and was at my house that very morning! Despite the extreme heat, he got up on my roof, completed the repair professionally, and followed up with a detailed report documenting the completed work. Later that afternoon, I called Brandon again to ask if he happened to know anyone who could handle some deck repairs. Without missing a beat, he said he had a guy for that too! Before I knew it, Brian called and was able to come out that very afternoon. He spent a generous amount of time with us, carefully answering all of our questions and providing valuable advice without ever making us feel rushed. Retro Roofers truly saved the day for me. Brandon, Liam, and Brian all went above and beyond with their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. It’s rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also provides such outstanding customer service. I can’t adequately express my appreciation, and I recommend Retro Roofers without hesitation. They have earned a customer for life!
