The rationale presented, substantiated by inadequate documentation and an unrealistic completion timeline, necessitates a thorough evaluation. Specifically, the claim of replacing 320 square feet of material within one hour, absent prior homeowner communication, warrants further investigation. The homeowners' capacity to directly interact with the on-site workers is also a pertinent consideration, given their observed conduct when questioned.

  Called twice about 2 weeks ago. Was told someone would contact my daughter or myself and set up an appointment for inspection and quote for roof replacement. Have never had any response . Very poor way to run a business

  Nate responded to our request for emergency repair after a limb fell on our roof within the hour, coming to inspect the roof in less than 24 hours. He quickly located the damage and made repairs. He was easy to speak with and made me feel comfortable with all my questions. He shared information in an easy to understand manner.

  Everyone, from Brandon & the entire crew were excellent. The workers were efficient, knew their job and had a good attitude. They were respectful of our property and did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was complete. We are very pleased with our new roof.

  I had an exterminator that told me I had a leak after he conducted a pest inspection in my attic. I called Roof USA and they were out at my place within an hour to investigate! After inspection, they realized I didn't have a leak and the stain in the attic was just tree sap. They didn't even charge me! Great company with great service!

  Under tornado response Roof USA was very fast and accommodating in replacing my roof on my second home while I am not there. I am very pleased with their response and kindness. Their estimate was very close to invoice details. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you.

  Had a leak at my chimney during the heavy rains in June and July. The team at Roof US took care of me immediately and solved the problem. They did great work and the cost to do the repair was very reasonable considering all the work they did. I plan on using them when my roof needs replacement which will likely be in a couple of years. Update April 0f 2026 - had a gutter overflow on my second story which I could not access - I called Roof USA and they promptly sent out Brandon who climbed the roof and unclogged my gutter. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Roof USA for any roof problems, repairs, or replacing your roof.

  Did a super job! Quality, fast, professional workers. Asked them to determine why the old shingles looked so wavy. They found previously shoddy work with the underlying plywood. Fixed everything perfectly. Finally have a beautiful roof again. Price included a shed roof as well. Great cleanup!
