  I hope they’re not done but I have NO GUTTERS now? I assumed they would complete the job including restoring the smashed gutters? But now I have no gutters on the back side of my house? Jim Hertel 2801 lynnwood Drive

  We did the gutters two days after the roof per our work order (which would be typical). Everything seemed to go according to plan on our end, please call if you have any questions on anything.

  I was so excited to get my roof replaced and gutters replaced. What a nightmare it was! There ended up being more damage than anticipated and Matt had no intention on telling me but to just cover it up. They left staples and nails all over my front yard and back. They left slivers of shaving of the gutters all over my driveway and backyard. I had to take my boxer to the vet due to her lipping on her front foot. She had a sliver of metal in her paw. $700 later she is doing well now, thank goodness. Precision construction contracts very unprofessionals to do the work that do not speak English, just a heads up. Update to your response: I am Angela Lilly’s POA. Matt Dyer knows exactly who I am. Angela a senior citizen in her late 80’s who is deaf. If I help save the next person looking forward to updating their home the head aces I will give my opinion. I hope you don’t treat all seniors citizens this way.

  I hope you will refer to our response to your other review from an hour after the first review. They were not finished with the project yet and had not completed clean up yet. I do hope that everything looks as it should now. I did post the after pictures to our business profile to show the clean up.

  If I could post 0 stars I would!! Had precision out to replace my front porch, as I work sun up to sun down in the summer months. Work was completed up par by just putting Veneer over a pine frame, & posts were just lag screwed into decking nothing real secure, fast forward 18 months I have wobble in my hand hails to go with sag and shaky stairs and steps. Then come to find out when I go to work a a retaining wall beside steps I find out they used all the old deck substructure and my posts are jus sitting on top of the dirt, not even sen in ground like I had asked about during the bid process. So needless to say they will be seeing my lawyer in court, and I will be filling a police report with the CPD for a theft case as well due to the fraudulent business.

  Mr. Bracken I was very concerned to see this today. Looking into our records for the Resurfacing and Rail replacement we did at your home in 2017, I found no records of Service Requests or Contacts prior to today. I really would like to understand better, because some noted items were not part of the Work Ordered. Please let me know if we can look at this together.   We are so happy with the job well done by Precision!We had two layers of roofing taken off and they are so good at clean up, - you couldn't even tell they were here! Roof looks great! Thank you Darin and Mateo and crew! Very patient and helpful with questions.

  We really enjoyed having Brian on this project. We had some storm damage to multiple, random areas of the house. In addition to an estimated cost, Brian set clear expectations for when we could expect the job to start and what it would entail. He followed up afterwards to make sure everything had been taken care of and that we were satisfied.

  Tremendous company to work with. I dealt with Mathew regarding our new roof and he was great. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was the second time using Precision and will certainly use them again if need be in the future.

  I would highly recommend Precision Construction. Mateo was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we needed to have done and explained clearly how they could do it. He and the other men that worked on repairing our deck were very professional and cared about doing the job right.

  Precision Construction has integrity and patience to make sure the job is done at the optimal time and level needed for a trustworthy experience. The crews for roofing, gutters and leaf exterminator were prompt, hard working and left the area clean. I highly recommend Precision !

  Very pleasant staff that communicated well with us. Arrived on time and finished the roof in one day, despite having to replace some plywood. Carefully removed the satellite dish and replaced it as it was. Very impressed.

  Matt was extremely helpful in in identifying a water leak in a bay window He responded promptly to my call, did a thorough inspection and helped me understand the problem Even applied some on the spot repair The problem is with some crumbling mortar joints above the window, not the roof Probably wouldn’t have figured that out his help. Much appreciated

  When I was planning to replace my roof in 2023, a trusted friend advised me to look for a company with a long-standing local presence, and I found that Precision fit the bill perfectly. Their product quality, warranties, and customer service were all excellent and professional. Because my house is equipped with a UL 2218 Class 3 roof, I even qualified for a discount on my homeowners insurance premiums.
