  I am not a happy customer. The contract I signed had a certainteed shingle but I received owens corning. I intentionally had Resolve Roofing give me a new quote using a certainteed landmark shingle because I was familiar with that shingle and that was what I wanted. I did not catch the mistake until my roof was almost finished. When I brought this issue up to Brady he brushed me off and said we spoke about OC being a better shingle with a better warranty etc. None of that mattered to me which is why I signed the quote using certainteed materials. The siding work they did was subpar as well. I chose Resolve because they were one of the only companies that mentioned the need for replacing the siding on my dormers while the roof was being done to ensure everything was flashed correctly and wouldn't be a problem when i did get around to replacing my siding. I now regret that decision. Before the workers started I explained to Brady that efficiency and those dormers being sealed was very important to me as it was already warmer in those rooms and I didn't believe there was going to be sheathing behind my old siding. Turned out I was correct but they installed the siding anyways without even attempting to do a change order for sheathing. Whenever i brought this up my concerns were dismissed as before. Now the only thing keeping weather,pest,and varmint out of my house is my drywall, insulation,a thin piece of foam, and vinyl siding. Oh I forgot to mention housewrap which was the bs story they gave me about how that was the solve all. Kicker is they even damaged the foam in some areas leading to less efficiency. They could have just went over my existing siding at that rate and I would probably feel better about it. Shane the owner was not helpful in resolving these issues as he gave be the same line about warranties, the housewrap and even tried to tell me that the siding was installed to building code. To clarify, the contract you reviewed and signed specifically listed Owens Corning Duration Driftwood shingles as the selected roofing material. We have documentation reflecting this, and the material was ordered and installed accordingly. While we understand your familiarity with CertainTeed products, the scope of work was clearly outlined and approved prior to scheduling. Regarding the siding concerns: our installation followed all applicable building codes, including the use of house wrap and foam insulation under vinyl siding — which is a common and compliant practice in residential construction. When your existing siding was removed, no sheathing was found underneath, as you suspected. However, no change order was authorized or requested for adding sheathing, and the work proceeded according to the agreed scope. Our team discussed this with you and offered explanations each step of the way, we also offered to remove siding and install sheathing with no additional cost besides labor and material to install the sheathing and you declined. We acknowledge that you voiced concerns during the project, and we made multiple attempts to address them in good faith. Unfortunately, it became clear throughout the process that a resolution satisfactory to you may not have been possible without offering compensation unrelated to workmanship or contract terms. At Resolve Roofing, we strive for transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction. We regret that we were not able to meet your expectations and wish you the best moving forward.

  Brady was excellent, he was early for the inspection appointment and he was super friendly! He listened to my concerns and repeated them back to me to confirm that he heard me! Brady thoroughly inspected my roof, gave me tips for future maintenance and replacement. Time with Brady was a pleasant experience!

  My basement ceiling started leaking after some heavy rain and I called Brady after the recommendation from a friend. He promptly came out and inspected the roof area. It was determined that the roof didn't have a leak but it was a seal around some piping. He got me fixed up and provided some advice for the future for my aging roof. When the time does come for replacement, I'll be calling Brady and Resolve back out.

  We are very pleased with the roof and attic vent replacements that Resolve Roofing made. The crew worked so hard in 98degree heat and high humidity to complete our large job. The crew also did a great job cleaning up the area each day. We greatly appreciated every contact we had with Brady, the sales manager and Wayde, the project manager. They answered our calls every time we called and showed up as scheduled without fail. We will recommend this company to anyone asking as they were recommended to us by 2 of our acquaintances.

  Resolve Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. I got several bids and Resolve was the best. Kolton James from Resolve gave me outstanding customer service. He answered all my questions, worked closely with my insurance company, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied after the work was complete. I highly recommend Resolve Roofing!
