Terrible company! Workmanship is about the worst I’ve seen and the complete lack of integrity is something I’ve never experienced in 30 years of construction. COMO Exteriors primary goal is quantity over quality, which is evident by their sales farce. There is zero communication and project managers were never present. When issues arose ( from day 1) the response is that it’s “ in their warranty system, and this is while the actual work is happening. A reputable company would do the work properly from the start! Instead they had to come back after months of fighting and do 17 hours of “repairs “ to a brand new roof and gutters. There is no follow up just empty promises. When you have an issue and don’t pay for shoddy work they threaten you with “ breach of contract”, from a contact that in no way protects you, but is almost iron clad for them. Just look on case.net, they go after anyone who has issues with their workmanship or lack there of. There is not a shred of redeeming qualities for this company. They over promise and under deliver! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Find a quality contractor to work on your home. * Edit after response from ( owner ) - if you worked as hard or fast on your contracts as you do on your excuses and damage control, you might be professional. To be fair though I took down the 3 photos of work that you did fix on the 2 days you returned. The rest still remains damaged / improperly done and anyone is welcome to contact me to come see for themselves!

I selected CoMo Premium to do work on a hail storm claim from April 2023; mostly on the recommendation of my insurance agent. This company did my roofing, gutters, and replaced 2 windows. The gutters were done very well and professional (although they shorted me one downspout elbow). The roof looks good now but it took months of back and forth and ultimately re-doing the hip & ridge shingles. I do not recommend this company as a whole but ESPECIALLY NOT for window installation. The measurement was not done well. To install the new windows, they had to cut into my dry wall. I was not made aware of this until it was already done. The person they sent the next day to repair the dry wall, did not speak any English. His young son was our only way to communicate. His work was SO VERY POOR! I told CoMo Premium about it in an email and included photos so they could see for themselves. Granted, I said I didn't want them back in my house. But CoMo Premium did not even reply to my email. I have shared photos of this work (including a cracked window sill) as well as the window installation after it pulled away when the weather turned cold. A year later, I have had both windows replaced by Andersen. The installation was so poor that Andersen could not even cut the windows out without ruining them. Overall, my experience with this company was poor communication, poor workmanship, and lack of accountability. At least I learned some lessons.

I had a metal roof put on my house in 2019 by Como premium exteriors. Was suppose to be a roof that would last a lifetime. I have had 2 separate leaks in my roof. The first took months before they fixed it. They were out twice to fix it. First time did nothing. Second time it was fixed. The second leak is a small leak that I have marked on the ceiling with a pencil. It has gotten bigger over a years time. I have discussed this with the owner who said he will fix it. That was months ago the amount I paid for this roof was through the roof. I have had terrible sevice on repairs and would not recommend them putting a roof on my dog house

Daniel, the truth is that you were invoiced 6 months ago and still have an outstanding balance. You claimed we did not replace your box vents when we clearly did because they are both a different style and color than what was originally on the home. Then you claim that they are damaged and that we are to blame. Your box vents do have new damage from hail, and that is very obvious when looking at them. One vent had a small dent that "might" have been caused by us and as such I offered to give you a credit for the cosmetic damage to this vent (which is two stories area and not visible) and then since you demanded it be replaced I agreed to do so, even though I know this may not even be our fault. I'm sorry you feel the need to misrepresent the situation, but it doesn't change the fact that you have not paid and are merely making excuses why you haven't.

Tracy, we completed this project a year ago, and apologize this is still something that bothers you. As we have stated previously, there was some turnover of employees on your job. We agree that was not ideal and it did affect your job. We are glad we did get the problem corrected in terms of installation, but we understand your frustration with the process. We have hired new employees that we believe will meet the expectations of future customers but we apologize again that we could not provide you with the experience that so many of other customers have had and that you deserved. Thank you for your feedback. We have used it to make several changes over the past year since completing your project.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired company to do siding, windows, gutters and sliding doors. During work they cut carpet when installing sliding doors. Tried to say carpet installers installed carpet under door and previous installation of sliding doors were installed over carpet so they had to cut it. I informed them that the sliding doors were installed 11 years prior to the carpet. They then admitted they cut carpet too short. I agreed to work with them to allow them to install trim pieces to hold carpet down along bottom edge of door. When installing trim pieces, they damaged carpet by breaking drill bit and snagging carpet. That day COMO agreed to replace carpet in downstairs of home, in writing. When time came for final payment, COMO then said they would not pay for carpet and wanted to give me a $540 credit. Keep in mind they agreed to pay for carpet in writing. When speaking to COMO to resolve they just stated they thought it was too much to replace. I asked based on what as I had an estimate from a reputable carpet supplier and installer. They did not have a credible answer. I paid final bill minus the cost of the new carpet they agreed to pay for. A couple months later I get a letter from a lawyer in an attempt to intimidate me, in my opinion. I spoke with their lawyer and explained they had agreed to pay for carpet. Heard nothing else. I then receive a certified letter that COMO was suing me in small claims court. Went to court and obviously the judge ruled in my favor. As a note, there were two additional individuals being sued by COMO they day I went to court. Here is a lesson learned to share with anyone thinking of doing business with this company. They do not stick to what they agree to as evidenced by them taking me to small claims court after agreeing to rectify what they had damaged, in writing. I would not trust anything they tell you. Also if you do choose to do business with this company, demand they give all communications in writing as

Update: I come back after a few years because I needed help with an old receipt of this roof for insurance rating purposes. The team reached back promptly and went above and beyond to help me with my inquiry, saving me some money in the process. That level of post-sale care, when they don't need to do anything for you anymore and they still do the thing. That makes me brand loyal. Thanks for your help! I've worked with this company twice, the first time they moved really quickly, completed work within a month from starting. I give them a 5/5 on that work. This second time around we started the quote back in May of 2023, and they completed work on the last week of April of 2024. they get a 1/5 on that one. I understand the storms of last year caused a backlog across the whole industry, and if I had been given a clear timeframe from the beginning I could have decided to either stay with them or go another route. When I was first given an estimate, the goal from our contact there was to be done in 2 months tops, and now I'm finishing this review about a year later as work has been completed and paid. If you have no timeframe for completion, CoMo Premium Exteriors is going to do quality work on your property, and I cannot fault any of the labor that was conducted, but for me, with an insurance claim due to weather with a company that entered receivership, I was very clear in telling them on multiple emails, texts and phone calls, I need this work completed quickly so I can recover depreciation and adjustments before the receivership is done by end of December. These delays are going to cause me to be out of pocket for a long time until the State regulators can close the claim.

This is a follow-up to my original 5 star-posting of the work CoMo did for us. Our underdeck water protection system needed repairs about 3 times over 4 yrs. When the leak was still a problem CoMo completely replaced the system with a new product. No questions, no hassle, no charge. Who does that anymore? They stand behind their work.
