Came over to complete a job per quote. I was advised he could not complete the work as outlined and the price would be 3x the original quoted price. I opted to pay the exorbitant amount for him to start a job and went with another roofer to complete. After paying that roofer and this company, it was still less than if I had stuck with roof therapy at the 3x price

Skip these guys. They left moss on my roof under a dormer eaves, saying it would come off on its own. They knew it was a lie so they knocked $100 off the price. That's the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1.

We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations Jacob. We should have been clearer that there was no way we could gently care for your older roof and at the same time make it look perfect. Your review will help us in the future with other customers, thank you for taking the time to post.

Due to the recent wind storms my roof got damaged and started leaking... I called this place so they could give me a quote and put a tarp just to avoid more water damage and the lady on the phone told me they don't do tarp... WHAT? What kind of roofing business is this that doesn't even help a costumer with an emergency? Shame!

We contacted Roof therapy for moss over growth and oodles of limb debris on our roof. Pablo made a home visit to assess our home and give a bid. From time of initial call to his visit was within a day or two. Evanur arrived today at time promised. He did an AMAZING job. The roof looks brand new. Part of the agreement from Roof therapy was the deck and yard would be cleaned up of the roof debris. I was shocked when he was done it was completely cleaned. There was absolutely no roof debris anywhere and there had been a lot! Our yard maintenance guy has never blown deck clean. Job was done at time and day promised and in the time they had appraised. If you need roof maintenance or repair don’t hesitate to call Roof Therapy. L and D

Cleaning and restoration of our 25 year old skate roof. Bob did an outstanding professional job completely cleaning our steep pitch roof, and replaced some pieces that were damaged or worn. Great job on cleanup. Highly recommended.

The work that was done is wonderful. The roof was completely clean and was repaired as well. And he cleaned up the yard and the surrounding area. He took care of our garden with extra care. I will call them again when the roof needs it again. Thank you so much

June 2026 Update: I am a week or so overdue to express my thanks for Evenor's work on our roof. He did some tile replacements, general maintainance, gutter and roof cleaning and preventative moss treatment. It took several hours. Of course, near the end, there was a lot of debris on the ground. He did a superb job cleaning it all up. That can't be fun! We are pleased with Evenor's good work and remain thankful for this good company. Roof Therapy is definetly 5-Stars!! PREVIOUS: It's about time (meaning way overdue!) to acknowledge the excellent work that this company does. The bottom line is this: If you are looking for a 100% honest company that does quality work at fair prices, then stop searching -- you found one in Roof Therapy. Our family home has been serviced by Jason and his good team for 10+ years. Recently Zack found and repaired a small leak in our tile roof and followed up with some preventative maintenance. The folks from Roof Therapy -- in the field and the office -- are all friendly, efficient and good at what they do. I can't imagine a better roof cleaning and repair company. I wholeheartedly recommend them! 5+ Stars!

I had Roof Therapy clean my mothers-in-law's tile roof. There was tons of moss in gutters, 4 broken tiles, repaired valley and added a gutter shield. Everything was repaired and cleaned as planned and all around the house and deck cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with price and Zach and Evenor. I would highly recommend this company. I will use again in Fall for Moss control.

I had a roof cleaning and minor repair done. Throughout the entire process Jason was very communicative, transparent, and honest. The pricing relative to the scope of work performed, was very fair and I had zero doubts going into the project. Jackson's performance on the roof was impressive and incredibly thorough. I'll absolutely be using Roof Therapy for any and all future roof cleaning/repair.
