  We scheduled an appointment, and they sent multiple reminders the day before the appointment. But the next day, no one showed up for the appointment. I called them, and no one knows what's going on. They called back a hour later saying the person is out. This speaks volumes about how unprofessional and mismanaged this place is. Would not trust the work with them.

  I couldn't be happier with the Tune Up service I received. It included gutter cleaning and any small fixes needed to the gutters and roof. Doing a roof check is such a great idea to keep a small problem from becoming a large. The young man who did the work Gabe, was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He was willing to fill a hole next to a gutter with caulk to keep bees out. Next year I will request Gabe!

  Brad Crawford came to my home to assess siding, gutter and window repairs. I appreciated his professional, friendly approach and his effort to clearly understand my needs and preferences. He provided clear explanation of options and their pros and cons, and did not try to steer me toward unnecessary services. Brad prepared and sent proposals on the same day as the assessment, and followed up afterward, without being pushy. When the scope of the work I need to have done changed, he was very responsive in coming back out for a subsequent assessment and providing additional quotes. He's an excellent exterior specialist for RoofRight.

  Great response from Richard with inspection of my roof. Had pictures of the issues with solutions. Pete returned and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to call in the future.

This Finksburg, MD roof replacement was not driven by a dramatic leak — it was driven by a long list of compounding problems. Rusted nails backing out of the deck, an outdated metal ridge vent, cracking pipe and chimney flashings, previous shingle repairs, and water damage to the plywood near the ridge inside the attic. Roof Right replaced the compromised decking, re-flashed the chimney and all penetrations, installed a Lomanco ridge vent system, and finished the project with Tamko Titan shingles in Rustic Cedar, closely matching the look of the original roof.
