  I do not recommend ! After Ian their crew covered up bad wood and put new shingles over it. They also stated that if I referred someone to their business I would be compensated for the referral per Ricky and my Neighbor roof was done and no compensation.

  Hi Joan, we apologize that you did not have a good experience with us. Unfortunately, we were never informed by you that you had any issues after the repair was made. Although you had a minimum repair, we care about every client and their satisfaction. We would have happily came back out to see if there was something that we missed.

  This company is new to the New Orleans area following Hurricane Ida to take advantage of the massive number of roof work that was needed. From the reviews, it seems they may be great in their home state but not here in Louisiana. Things started well, but once work was completed it was evident that they skipped a number of steps and were not up front about the work they completed. In my instance, they omitted replacement of drip edge (a code requirement in Louisiana) which they revealed only after I reviewed their work and brought it up, claimed to replace vents that were not replaced (only painted over), shoddy carpentry where roof decking replacements were made. One more thing, their work crew showed up ill equipped to complete the job as they had to my ladders to access the roof use. I had a chance to see the work they did on my neighbors roof since I live in the two story home, I could see that workers while they were performing the roof work and noted material and steps skip that I'm sure they didn't make known to my neighbors. If you do contract this company in the Louisiana, be sure to have somebody take a look at your roof after that done to make sure you got what you paid for.

  Do not waste your time with this company. We wasted a significant amount of time with their salesman Brennan. Very unprofessional.

  I am not a customer of this business and they did not do any work at my residence; however, they did replace my neighbors roof in the Saturnia Lakes community, in Naples. While work was in progress, dust from cutting the roof tile covered our vehicles in the driveway and the cars were just detailed a day prior. I asked the supervisor on site what they would do about it and he assured me that I would be reimbursed for the cleaning of the vehicles. I submitted my invoice to the company and several weeks had gone by without any response. I contacted the owner that rudely accused me of threatening people, stating that if it was up to her she would to pay me because she sees no wrong doing or obligation to do so. She agreed to send me a check and I never received it, to this day. My time is valuable, therefore I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, which prompted a response from the owner stating that a check was mailed. I informed her that a check was not received on my end. They would have noticed that a check was not cashed, giving me reason to believe that it was never sent in the first place. The owner of the company offered me to go down to their place of business and pick up a check, after I remove my review from the Better Business Bureau. I have decided not to remove my reviews and they can keep their money. I wanted to let other's know that when it comes to interacting with neighbors that raise a concern, this company has proven not to be professional or able to do so. This is my personal experience with this business. I am currently in the market to replace my roof. I'm sure that they do good work and I probably would have had them quote me, but I am going to take my business elsewhere. It is not always about just doing a good job, it's also about how you handle potential neighboring issues.

  they asked for more money after the bill was paid in full. Wanted to speak with insurance co to get more money for the roof which was finished and paid. so they put a lean on my house I would not refer them

Supplements to the insurance company are a normal part of the insurance process, as many times there are price increases that are beyond our control or line items that the insurance company left off the scope of damages, but this does not increase your out of pocket expense.   Was concerned about a leak and Roof Revolution did an inspection at no cost to confirm there that source was from condensation of an HVAC unit and not an issue with my 2 year old roof. Highly recommend.
