  We understand the frustration, and we’re truly sorry for the uncertainty many customers experienced during this difficult transition. There were several customers who were understandably concerned that they would lose their deposits or be left without answers. The good news is that Kelly Roofing is back under the ownership of former President and second-generation owner Ken Kelly, who, together with longtime employees and friends of the company, stepped in to purchase Kelly Roofing and preserve what has been built over the years. We are now working to reconnect with customers, address outstanding concerns, and make things right wherever we can. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as our team works through this transition.

  They were here 4 hours for minor repairs. Charged me $8000 dollars. Supposed to come back in a year and inspect never showed up.

  Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your experience. To clarify, the work completed at your home in February 2023 was more than a minor repair. The contracted scope included repairing broken roof tiles, installing Wakaflex at valley returns, walls, and roof protrusions, adding wind baffles to the off-ridge vents, and repairing the metal flashing around the solar mounts. The project price was agreed upon before any work began. Regarding the follow-up inspection, we would like to clarify that we do not automatically schedule annual inspections after completing a project. Since the project was completed, we have not received any requests to schedule an inspection or any reports of issues with the workmanship performed. We always encourage our customers to contact us if they would like an inspection or if they have any questions or concerns about their roof.

  David, Kelly Roofing uses the exact same roof pricing program insurance companies use and what you deserve. We certainly would not want you to settle for anything less than what you are deserved. We understand you found a cheap roofer and wanted to cancel our agreement after we secured funding from your insurance company, after hours of hard work fighting on your behalf.   The lack of communication was exhausting. I received a call at 3:30 the day before the installation and was told if I didn’t supply the payment they wouldn’t be able to start. On numerous occasions was scheduled to meet and there was a no show. I had to initiate the phone call to see what the issue was.

  This team provided the sales portion of my supposed solar install. They handed off the financing and install to Freedom Solar. I wouldn't use any of the companies on this review. Communications were non-existent and the project went on for months with zero movement. Not sure if something happened recently, as they have a pretty good rating overall, but a warning to the wise - things have changed. :(

  Reliant Roofing dba Kelly roofing (that is right, the name only is Kelly do not be fooled) is wholly unqualified to perform any roof installation. They are a subcontractor conveyor belt. They will destroy your house given a chance. I wish I could say details, but my lawyers advised against it. The lawyer part should give everyone a clue. If you care for your house, do not go with Reliant Roofing, dba Kelly Roofing.

  Called today about leaking in my kitchen ceiling during a rain storm. Was given very courteous service by Karina Lopez and have an appointment for tomorrow morning at 11am.   Awesome experience with Juany Lopez and Kelly Roof team. I had to replace 3 broken tiles, they were very professional from start to finish. The work was done in a timely manner and at half the cost of my first quote from a different company. If needed again Kelly Roofing will be my only call !

  My call was answered very quickly and the appointment was set up the next day. Tyler came by and fixed our issue and checked out the rest of the roof, as Kelly Roofing had installed it after Hurricane Ian. Very courteous and great service. I highly recommend this company.
