  *UPDATE as of 6/11/26. I was asked by my sales person from Castilla Roofing a Mr. Italo Sanguinetti, to adjust my review as it has had consequences to him and the company. My new roof was finally installed by the end of 2025. I lost my insurance discount because my insurance company would not give me a policy without a permanent roof. I also lost the ability to sell my unit due to the incomplete work and finally in January of 2026, a supplier's lien was issued on my property due to Castilla Roofing not paying their suppliers and being in arrears. This lein was finally released on 4/29/26. I stand by my review and will not change my honest account or opinion. I have lost insurance discounts and also the ability to sell my condo for almost 18 months. I hired this company on August 12, 2024 to replace a roof on my condo. At that time, they asked for full payment in exchange for a discount. I agreed to pay them 50%. As of today, August 6, 2025. I still don't have a new roof and every week that I call to discuss the lack of progress, I am on hold and finally told by "someone" who says they are a manager (different person each time) that they promise to begin next week. Do not use this company!

  Incredibly negligent. They left 5 nails in my driveway over a span of weeks that it took for them to complete my roof. Well one of them made it into my tire and they refuse to offer any assistance or solution. It's a new car that is far from needing tires. They also left the roof without shingles for over 2 weeks. Management is incompetent and I'm not entirely sure what it is that they do at the company. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble

  Today 7/31/2024 when I open my garage door to go to work, a truck and tools where in my drive way, the guy that work por Castilla Roofing started screaming at me, because we are suppose to move before 7:30, is there a letter? Or any explanation?

  We choose a variegated color style of flat tile roof. While the installation technically was good and the time to complete once started was acceptable, the distribution of the colors was extremely poor. The attached picture shows the front and the same block grouping of dark shingles is evident from the rear. We're stuck with this now. These shingles were from the same lot so that wasn't the issue.

  On September 15, 2025, I hired Castilla Roofing in Naples, FL, to replace my tile roof, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, particularly Co-owner Ramon Castilla, Manager Juan Carlos Hernandez, Jimena Wiener from Corporate Sales, and Sales Representative Italo Sanguinetti. They were patient with all of my questions, explained every step of the process in detail, and provided outstanding assistance and support throughout the project. The estimate was clear, thorough, and transparent, with no surprises. The field crew was equally impressive—highly skilled, punctual, and meticulous. They worked efficiently each day and took great care to protect our driveway and landscaping, leaving the site clean at the end of every workday.
