I signed a contract April 20th and signed over a 13,000 check there was no work started and no material dropped off and my roof was not tarped off to prevent leaks. My ceiling started leaking. I fired them as a contractor. I was told 6 weeks out when signed the contract. And Jim from advantex who is powered by RRCA told me they would be at my house the 2nd week of just. Now its August and not only do i still need a roof I also have to repair my drywall and hired a lawyer to get my insurance money back. They take a bad situation in someone's life and make it worse for their own finical gain. This is not a company you want to do business with.

Do not do business with this company in the CT area. Unprofessional, no communication, do not recommend to anyone. Took 7 months from when I signed my contract to finally being done with them. Shop around and go with a local company.

Dr. Lorie K, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the stress it caused. Delays, communication gaps, and unmet expectations are not the experience we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating this was. We want to clarify that the individual referenced was a subcontractor, not a direct employee of our company. That said, the behavior described was unacceptable. Once these issues came to our attention, we ended our relationship with that subcontractor and assigned a corporate officer to oversee the project directly. From that point forward, we worked to provide the requested documentation, including project and permit-related information, and completed additional work beyond the signed contract at no additional cost in an effort to move the project forward and address concerns. We acknowledge there was frustration regarding project scope and communication. During pricing discussions, the original estimate was adjusted at your request, and the final signed contract reflected a roofing-only scope, which excluded siding. That contract was reviewed and executed before work began. While we remained open to assisting with siding separately and provided pricing for that work, the proposal was not accepted. According to our records, all work outlined in the executed contract has been completed. Any remaining closeout delays were related to unresolved payment matters under the agreed payment terms. While we understand the situation was stressful, those terms were documented in advance as part of the contract. Inspections are coordinated through the local permitting authority; however, we understand the desire for additional peace of mind and respect the decision to pursue an independent inspection. We appreciate the acknowledgment of team members who assisted with the end of the project. Should you wish, we remain available to provide any remaining documentation or warranty information, even i

This company bribes customers for 5 star reviews. They provide a free wind mitigation report after installing the new roof but ONLY if you provide proof that you left 5-star reviews on 3 Google, Facebook, and Better Business Bureau. This explains RRCA's numerous 5-star glowing reviews, which was a main reason I chose to use them. Be aware that these reviews are essentially fraudulent. My experience with RRCA otherwise was mixed. Ultimately, I did get a great result: I got a quality roof and RRCA helped me get much of it paid for through insurance. For that reason, I'd recommend people use this company, but do so cautiously. In addition to the above, the issues I had with RRCA included: - RRCA contracts out their jobs. The crew that pulled my shingles off left a mess -- even after they ran the magnet around the property, we had to purchase our own magnet and still found over 100 nails lying around. During the job, the back alley reeked of urine. - The crew that showed up to do the roof install sat in their truck for an hour and left without word. Turns out the roof was too steep for the price they received from RRCA so they backed out. RRCA had to scramble and find a second crew to come later that week to do the install. - The crew that did the roof install was pretty good, but did unhook our heating exhaust duct and fail to reconnect it. Thankfully, I opened up our attic and noticed this before the heat turned on. - Poor scheduling and communication. Our point-of-contact seemed out of the loop pretty often, and couldn't give us much of a heads up on timing until one or two days before the job. It felt like he was focused on sales and less so on project management. Again, I was very happy with the end result of the project, but am sharing my full experience with RRCA because many of the reviews here have been (illegally?) financially incentivized not to.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for acknowledging the quality of the final result. We want to clarify that it is not our policy to require or request a 5-star review in exchange for a wind mitigation report. The complimentary wind mitigation report is offered after a completed roof installation and is not contingent on the rating of a review. If this was communicated otherwise by anyone involved, it does not align with our standards. We are reviewing this internally and will correct it immediately if necessary. Our team has attempted to reach you several times to discuss your concerns directly. Since we have been unable to connect with you, we are responding here to ensure clarity and transparency. Like most roofing companies, we work with licensed subcontractors. We acknowledge there were challenges related to cleanliness, scheduling, and communication in your case, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We’re glad to hear you were ultimately satisfied with the quality of the roof and insurance outcome, and we value your balanced feedback. Thank you for choosing RRCA.

I called for 2 days to report a roof leak on the roof they installed in July of 2022. All day long all I get back is that they are very busy and someone would call me back. After calling from 9:00am til 2:00pm with no response, I road to the office they have listed at 1221 Pine Avenue in Orlando FL. Only to find out they are no longer there, and no one new where they moved. I still have the leak, so I guess I will call a state or local consumer advocate office tomorrow. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is my completely honest review. My experience wasn't the best but ended up smoothing out in the end and everything went well. I got my shingles replaced, water/ice protection done, and new gutters (as well as some water mitigation with the gutter crew) as a result of a hail storm. Jessica from corporate is the reason this is getting 5 stars. She was exceptional, kind, reassuring and offered her office and cell phone numbers to keep my nerves at bay. I am a new homeowner facing a septic replacement. When RRCA came out, I pushed back as I had no money to spare. They talked me through the contract and how they work with insurance on a claim, which was a surprisingly smooth process. When the claim was approved, the RRCA rep Tom came out and quickly got colors picked out and every decision point made. When the check from insurance arrived, he quickly came out to collect funds, which is where I felt my first uneasy bit. After taking the $15,000 check and telling me "anything you need, reach out", I didn't hear a thing. Text after text went undelivered (as iMessages indicate). Call after call went straight to VM. I was convinced he took my check and blocked my number. It took me numerous numbers to finally get ahold of Jessica. I wish it wasn't that complicated as I would have been at ease much sooner. She continued to update me with notes from the RRCA team on how it was progressing. I understand there were many storms and claims to deal with, but I was operating off the comment from Tom "this process is going to be quick". It was easily 3-4 weeks of nerves before I got some good updates. My biggest gripe here is awful communication. I wouldn't have cared if it would be 6 months for my install if that was communicated. The fact I had to hound people and call every number possible was not ideal. Again, once I found Jessica, she was awesome. Communication lacked in the general updates of the job, when to expect materials, when the crew would be on site (which d

Zac, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and honest review, and for the 5 stars, especially given everything this project involved. Reviews like this are the most useful kind for us, because you're telling us exactly where things felt off even while giving credit where it's due. We're glad to hear the roof and gutters turned out well, and that Jessica was able to step in and give you the reassurance and communication you needed. She's exactly who we want representing RRCA, and we've made sure she knows how much it meant to you. We also want to say we take what you described around communication after the check was collected seriously, and we're looking into what happened on our end during that stretch. That kind of radio silence isn't the experience we aim to give anyone. Same with the gutter crew showing up without confirming timing with you first. We're reviewing that with the crew involved so we understand exactly what happened and can tighten up how site visits get communicated. You were fair and patient with us through a busy stretch, and we appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for trusting us with your home. If anything else comes up, please reach out to Jessica directly and she'll make sure it's handled. TEAM RRCA

Let me just start with my neighbor and I both are more than pleased with our experience. After a storm damaged our roof, Eli and his guys came out & handled everything with the insurance company and made the whole process super easy. Communication was outstanding, the work was scheduled quickly, and the crew did an awesome job as-well. They kept the job clean and our new roof looks great.
