  Good morning Mr. Ferguson we apologize that your permit was not closed properly by the private provider company. The final roof inspection was actually completed and finaled of which you were provided the document directly from the private provider company.   Had a new roof installed in September. During the tear off, the workers left debris and nails all over my yard. This became an issue when my dogs were outside and got cut after the workers were gone for the day. Had to take my dog to the vet, which was cost out of my pocket. They also damaged my paver bricks, which the owner told me a family member owns a landscaping company or something of that nature and someone will be by to fix what they broke. Now, back to the quality of work. My roofing tiles are not sitting flush to the roof and there are ¼" gaps throughout areas of my roof and I been calling for over a month now to have someone come out and look at it and also install a vent for kitchen exhaust which was promised at installation time and now the Owner David Cantoni will not return any of my calls or emails. $55k project turned out to be a subpar at best experience.

  I would not give this company a deposit period. No calls no responce no refund at this time. I bet this is how the warranty would work as well. Only as good as a response!! Zero integrity do not use this company

  After all of the roofing contractors I met with, David, was the most professional and down to earth. He was very friendly, reliable and helpful from the start to the end. The crew was also fantastic, did great work and left the place spotless after they were done. The price was also very fair. Would highly recommend.

  Update Summer 2026: Every experience I’ve had with DC Roofing is exceptional. This year is no different. The crew is thorough, friendly, careful and fast. In addition to repairing different areas of my aging roof, the team also added quality gutter guards for a very reasonable cost. Original Summer 2023: I spoke with David about a roof leak on Saturday. On Monday morning he arrived with a team and quoted a very fair price. The roof was repaired, team cleaned everything up, and shared pics of the entire project step by step. Done by 3pm. It was a seamless process.

  Smooth and professional process. He helped with the permits immediately after signing. Work started shortly after the approval. The workers put tarps down on demo day and went around with magnets after to get nail. The even painted the vents to match the roof. I could not be more pleased with the decision to go with

  David and the team at DC Roofing FL did an exceptional job from start to finish. From the moment I received the estimate to the completion of the project, the entire experience was professional, seamless, and stress-free. David was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He checked on the installation daily, maintained consistent communication, kept me updated on the progress, and even provided photos once the project was complete. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. One piece of advice David gave me made an even bigger difference he recommended getting a wind mitigation inspection after the new roof was installed. That recommendation ended up saving me a significant amount of money each year on my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend DC Roofing FL to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused roofing company.   DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! They did a phenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start — responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They’re skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area — driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool — is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I’m thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you’re looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing!
