  Horrible people , never cleaned up after roof was installed , STAY AWAY , they over charge, and won't complete there wok, have pictures, of incomplete work , almost had to get a lawyer so they would finish thier work , Google would not let me upload pictures, they need to own up to there mistakes , I am disabled and counted on them to complete the job correctly

  Terrible job. Replaced roof in 2018, then within 5 year warrantee had a leak but because there was another mild hurricane they invalidated the warrantee saying because another storm was in area, albeit nothing but rain, they couldn’t warrantee work. Now 8 years out finding a number of roof channels leaking . Roof repair company is finding that they tarred the channels but didn’t replace and properly flash them . As the tar deteriorates with heat and weather it creates failures points for leaking . I would recommend another roofer who has been around for many years and is committed to quality work. The true test is beyond those first few years . Winds in Naples during Ian were documented at 105mph. My street was less than 100 mph. No damage was done to the roof at all. Clear evidence shows that no flashing was installed during replacement, but lots of black tar which deteriorates over the years. Shoddy workmanship!

  Ron, we appreciate your feedback. We understand your frustration with having roof damage following Hurricane Ian, which was labeled as a catastrophic category 4 storm. Unfortunately, just like all manufactures, who void their warranties after major weather events, (hurricanes, tornados, etc.), even the best workmanship may not hold up 130-156 MPH wind speeds. Please understand that since acquiring this business in 2022, we take pride in our workmanship and value each and every homeowner.

  Took a deposit and never did the job took a month to get my money back not a very good experience

  The reviews are all good but waiting many weeks after the half down deposit is paid, with no confirm date. Not a way to do business.

  I highly recommend Cathedral Roofing. They recently cleaned my tile roof and repaired a cracked tile and some damaged mortar. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They were quick to respond, provided a clear estimate, answered all my questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. Their communication, professionalism, and integrity stood out. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable roofing company.

  Gosh were these folks easy to deal with! I was so totally dreading this project. But Salesman Mike Reddington answered every single question thoughtfully and in-depth. If and when he didn't know the answer, right then and there he got the owner on the line to immediately answer it on speakerphone. Once the project began then onward at each stage - from tear-off, to waterproofing layment, to tile installation - it was like watching a ballet; each crew knew exactly what to do and efficiently accomplished their respective tasks. Finally, at the end of each day, the worksite was always left in pristine condition. Office follow up, starting with the contract to permitting, through to final paperwork, was immediate and accurate. Thank you, Cathedral, from someone initially tied up in knots but now serene!

  Cathedral Roofing repaired my roof with multiple broken tiles immediately. I was notified with phone calls when they would be at my residence and received pictures before and after. Everything was explained in detail and roof and gutters were left cleaner then when they started.
