I signed a contract to repair damage caused by a tree falling on the corner of our roof. This was signed on Oct 12, 2024. It is now December 25, 2024, and the damage as stipulated in the contract has not been completed. I am so sorry that I asked this contractor to repair my house, as all I have gotten from them are "I am sorry for the delays, we're trying to find the right materials". Thank God I had sense enough to only pay half up front. Pics show what still needs to be done before the job is completed. Soffit vent and cardboard covers installed by me to keep squirrels and birds from getting into the attic.

This company replaced our roof back in March after the hail storm and we couldn't be happier. We have not had any issues since they worked on it and they even called us to make sure everything was OK. That is top notch customer service.
