Contacted company to request a quote to have gutters installed on my home. They said I needed to pay $50 for a quote! Thanked them and hung up. No chance I’m going with this company.

Still waiting for an online estimate after more than one week. Forget it. Follow up after Midlands Roofing & Exteriors, LLC response on 10.14.20: I called your company's office number approximately 8 days ago, received a phone call from your employee the next day, followed by text messages days later requesting a picture of my house and address. Sent those immediately...never heard back. Miraculously, today, I receive a quote :-(

Outstanding service. Dan came by immediately to check on a minor siding issue and fixed it on the spot, no charge. While he was there, he checked out the roof as well. When it's time for a new roof, I'll definitely be using Midlands.

My 11 yr son of roof started a leak. I called Midland Roofing and had a free inspection within 2-3 days. The needed repairs were explained in clear layman terms and an estimate provided the same day. The repair was scheduled for less than two weeks later. It was completed today. I’m very happy with the work, and the workers. The final cost was as agreed, with no surprises. It is very reassuring to work with Midland Roofing and recommend them very highly. All things considered, I consider the price more than fair and now have no concern over rainy days!

Dan and team replaced old 4 inch gutters with new 6 inch gutters and down spouts. They were really easy to work with and got the job done quickly! I was very pleased with their work and it was done for a reasonable price.

You don’t always notice a roof’s problems until the signs are clear. For this West Columbia home, we handled a complete roof replacement with architectural shingles that bring both style and weather protection. We started by protecting the property, then removed the old roof to check the decking underneath. After replacing damaged sections, we installed synthetic underlayment, new flashing, and premium shingles, topped with a ridge vent for better airflow. The finished roof stands out with bold color and strong details. If you’re thinking about a new roof in the Columbia area, we’re here to give honest advice and quality results.5 days ago
