  Disappointing experience. Received and accepted estimate. Then nothing. I texted and called about being put on schedule. A week later a manager called, apologized for delay and promised to bump me up. Told me they would contact me with a date in the next couple of days, but again nothing. Its now been two weeks since I approved estimate. Stressful situation compounded by a " too big for their britches " company.

  Extremely unprofessional. Company truck pulled out in front and when I layed on the horn he decided it was best to break check me while I had a trailer attached to my vehicle. Then got on the interstate and came up to the right side of my vehicle, flashed his Rolex (making me believe it’s the owner) and flipped me off continuously. For a company priding themselves in “premier” service, their owner doesn’t seem to value representing the brand of his own company maturely.

  It was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER having Premiere install a new roof on my house. After the initial estimate, things went from bad to worse. I was initially quoted 10K but when the shingles were ripped off we found deteriorating wood that required an entire re-deck. I was quoted an additional 5K but that seemed reasonable so I gave them the go-ahead. Next call I get is that one of the workers slipped on a rafter and fell through the ceiling. I left work and rushed home to assess the damages. Premiere agreed to fix the ceiling as I understand these accidents are the nature of the job. I figured it was a minor setback and things would be smooth moving forward. Little did I know that was very minor compared to what was about to happen. I came home from work that same evening to find the workers were still working on the roof. There were no supervisors present but I speak Spanish and the workers said they planned to work into the night despite the rainy conditions. I went to dinner with my family and when we returned home I found my street surrounded with police, fire trucks, and EMS. A few workers stood in my driveway looking very anxious. When asked what happened, they lied and said that a worker had been struck by lightning. I later found out this was not an act of God but rather an act of stupidity. One of the workers had fallen off of the ladder and into a power line. My entire neighborhood was without power and one of the workers was on the edge of death. I reviewed my security cameras to find that the worker had a thick burn across his entire chest. While I was at dinner, he lay unconscious in my front yard for several minutes. My next door neighbor said that when the police had arrived, several of the workers ran and scattered throughout the neighborhood. It was absolute chaos. Premiere called me the next day and apologized for what had happened. They agreed to finish the roof that day with supervisors on-site. When it was done, the crew left in a hurry and my ya

  It was clear in our contract that we were not replacing the flat roof where the leak is taking place. The flat roof is the area that is leaking, and we gave him an estimate to replace this area and he chose not to replace the area, so we took it out of our contract. The flat roof is rotten underneath and has been leaking for a long time. It has a negative pitch with ponding water and must be replaced. We tried to offer a solution to stop the leak permanently and properly and he did not want us to perform this work. We always stand behind work that we performed, but we did not perform and work in the area of the leak.

  Mike provided a highly inaccurate quote. The quote was $3,000 off! Friday our roof was being completed. The large trailer was left in our front yard until Monday and the trailer is so large we couldn’t park in our driveway all weekend. The plywood was sitting in our front yard from Friday-Wednesday of the following week. No one contacted us about the material and equipment being left on our property AFTER the roof was completed. This comes as a highly recommended company by many people including my parents and real estate agent. So this was a huge disappointment. The roof was done well but the communication, poor quote, and lack of professionalism overshadows the quality work.

  Premiere roofing did an excellent job on my new roof and gutters. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. They did the work fast, on time, and cleaned up really well. I was very pleased with their work and they did everything they said they would. Bradly was great on the inspection and walk through.

  I highly recommend Premiere Roofing. I was very impressed with their team during a recent roof replacement on my home and work shop. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience. Starting with Mason taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail, to Dylan and his crew, they are a very professional team. I was kept informed every step of the way and they provided me with a link to pictures being updated every step of the entire process. The cleanup was great, I was concerned and about missed nails and the possibility of a flat tire, so I used a friends magnet roller and walked my yard and driveway and didn't find a single one. The work was completed as promised, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

  This company is so professional, punctual, and personable! Mason came out to check out the roof. He was so thorough in taking pictures, I felt like I'd been up there myself! He was extremely respectful and thorough in answering questions, both about the process and the different payment options, and also very quick in responding to text messages. On the morning of, the team arrived bright and early and were already getting the scope of things by the time I went outside to say hi. When Mike arrived, he came to the door to give an update on everything and went so far as to move an Amazon package from my driveway to the front porch. They even finished much earlier than I was expecting, starting to wrap up at 1:30 PM! A week later, Dylan came to take pictures with a drone and check in on everything. The pictures were added to a collection of about 60 that document the whole process. He even made a special trip out to fix a smoke detector that had slipped off during the work day that has no business being as high up as it is. If you are looking for reasonable pricing, quality work, and honest people, look no further. I'd even started recommending them to friends before they actually redid the roof, I was so impressed with their communication and professionalism.
